Hotel Savvy Grand

The hotel has a great location in Gomti Nagar, close to shops and metro stations. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. Food is tasty, especially the breakfast buffet. However, sometimes it gets noisy due to events and the rooftop bar, and room service can be a bit slow. Overall: A good choice for a comfortable stay in Lucknow!

Had my daughter's birthday party there a few weeks ago. The food and service were great. We were at the rooftop with a pool which they decorated well. The only thing that I could have wanted were more outdoor heaters since it was winter time. But overall, it was a great experience.

Rooms, food and service are good for the room rate of around Rs. 5000 in peak season (Jan first week). The food quality, temperature it is served at, taste had been consistently excellent for the 3 days stay. The service is prompt. Saddam, their restaurant manager encourages their team members by having us meet the Chefs so that they get direct appreciation from us. Would recommend anyone for a comfortable stay.

My visit to this place is because of Interview purpose so I can not properly describe but I can explain atmosphere and service of the hotel. Area around the hotel is slightly congested due road is not so wide. Dining area is fine. Hall is also good.

Their Management is not upto the marked and satisfied level. if wedding is organised here. Catering is not good at all. They have kept in long waiting the people when we ordered any food and beverages. No DJ system established in the wedding ceremony. I have recently attended a wedding and found all preparations are not so good. Emergencies health issues not to be recovered by them. They explain a lot of excuses to the person. Not recommended this hotel for any occasion.
