Hotel Saubhagya Inn

I had planned my child's birthday party, but the service was absolutely pathetic. The food and snacks were not served on time, and they even cheated on the menu. They had assured me that only four foreign guests would be present, but in my party area, they served food to at least 20 of them while our guests were left standing. Even after requesting them multiple times, they did not listen to us. My experience was completely horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone for organizing a party.

Recently I organized a function at this hotel and sorry to say that I have been cheated in the menu decided by my family for the function several items were not served to our guests, during the function air conditioner of the Hall was turned off and even after several times asking it was not turned on. One of our guest recieved electric shock from the geyser and when complained the plumber checked but no result and also the floor got muddy footsteps of that plumbet, when asked for cleaning my guest was told that it will be done only on tomorrow, some South Indian troop who were totally drunk quarreled with us in very insulting way Even after all these incidents when asked to compensate a bit the hotel staff not moved a bit. If any one is planning to organize any event please check it by yourself, only location is a plus otherwise this hotel is a big minus for hospitality business I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of hotel is a plus. But the rooms don't do justice to the price. They charge 3000+ for rooms which would genuinely deserve around 1800-2000. Rooms are considerably small, do not have phone and television (not working), and aren't nearly maintained. We found a couple of roaches on the floor. Some rooms have balcony attached, but they are terrible dirty, small, and the view outside is not that great!

Location is the best if you are willing to book rooms near the railway station. Rooms were clean & well maintained

Should be given 0 stars. Very poor service, asked for garbage bags 3 times, but they didn't provided. I was alone in the room with my kids, and they were sleeping, asked them for serving breakfast in room, but they denied even after telling them about kids, room key didn't worked for about 5 times, every time they had to open the door with master key. Everyone should avoid this hotel, until very necessary. yhaaN ruknaa saubhaagy nhiiN, durbhaagy thaa hmaare lie.

An average hotel not at par with Delhi's local guest houses. Smelly toilets, dirty walls of room. Don't expect any type of luxury in this hotel. Only plus point is location. Very near to railway station
