Very Bad Hotel, Charge too Much but they provide service like 1 star hotel. Rooms are shabby and toilets taps and showers leaking, quality of food provided is very cheap. Behaviour of staff is Rude.

A fine experience. Our stay was comfortable. The room was cleaned when we checked in, an extra mattress was available at request. Room services were prompt. The restaurant had a great, warm ambience. I just felt it was a little dimly lit, and of course the food was great. Sure would come back if there is an event.

Great for students giving exams at UPPSC exam center and otherwise as well. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Service quality is very good and proactive. Restraunt food is good quality, not needlessly spicy. Morning breakfast buffet is good with multiple dishes: Indian and continental. The management kindly changed the breakfast timings to accomodate students who had to leave early for exams. Good Room service. A very comfortable experience. Entire staff is dedicated with a quality service mindset. Even if the prices may seem on a higher side, they are very much justified.

It's a 3 star property. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. The staff are polite and well mannered. The hotel provides all the basic amenities like wifi room fridges room service etc.. the taste and quality of the food they serve is also quite good. Oh and they give complimentary breakfast as well

Hotel is in worst condition without ample staff and services. There is no hot water in the bathroom after 1'oclock noon and if you ask for water bottle after 10 pm. They don't have staff to deliver it. You need to get it by your own. Hotel is in very bad condition.

I went for a small get-together, it was organised in basement hall. Ambience is satisfactory, for a small gathering of 40-50 people it doesn't seem crowded but above that, it can be done difficult to breathe. Food is quite ok, just regular flavours. Not much mouth watering, just average taste. Overall satisfactory. Needs operational attention and chef needs to revise the menu and ingredients.

This place has good services and the rooms are well maintained. The banquet hall is good for small scale functions. I have to make a special mention for the air-conditioning in rooms, which is really good. Given the temperature conditions and the humidity during the period of our stay, they really worked well.
