Checked out today at 6 am after a 2 day stay. The staff in some shifts were non-cooperative - when asked to clean the bathroom said it will be done after we checkout which was hilarious. When we asked for a mosquito repellent said it was not available and last but not the least refused to send staff to pick up our luggage saying no staff avaiable when there were 2 men sitting at the reception. Pl do not stay here if you can help it.

Stayed here for office work. One thing is not good, snacks and cold drink are already stacked in room and customer thinks it is free as the person who guided to the room does not tell that it is chargeable. Also the price list is hided below the kettle plate. After consuming snacks and colddrink I came to know that they are chargeable. And the price is doubled of the MRP. So my suggestion is please tell the customer about this or do not place the chargeable material in advance inside the room, if he/she needs it, he will order.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and felt it to be one of the best place to organise small parties in the area. The ambiance, arrangements, hospitalities and staff behaviour, all were professionally taken care of.

Centrally located, this great hotel has a very humble and polite manager with a supportive and dedicated staff. Beautifully decorated for the haldi ceremony with sumptuous food. Loved the ambience very much. And of course, the hospitality of the staff. Rates are also very affordable. My guests had a great and comfortable stay over here. Would recommend others also.

The hotel is in a nice locality. The vibe is awesome. We loved every bit of our stay. The best part is u get all the flavours of Lucknow into the premises. A must visit place if in Lucknow. The interiors are asthetic. Staff is very helpful. Very clean environment

Manager and the crew have already set their standard quite low. When we raised a few complaints regarding hygiene, they casually told us that this is the level of cleanliness you would get here. Hair on bed sheet, blanket and the worse washroom hygiene was quite ok for them. Totally waste of money!

I visited this property yesterday the staff initially who is received me was very polite but when it comes to service it is very very pathetic, they made false commitments to the customer, especially there operations manager he was very very good he made some commitment to me, there after he changed his words, they are not at all aware as how to give best services to the customers, I have ordered fish tikka, staff told me that it is a vegetarian hotel but they will co-ordinate through swiggy, I was told that the price will be 399, but at the time of delivery it was charge 470, that to iwaited for almost more than 1.5 hours, after that the condition and quality of the food was very very pathetic, oil was leaking from Packing, their operations manager, committed me and apologized on behalf of the staff and told me to offer a complimented lunch, but at the time of check out, they have charged me for the complimented lunch also, being a x Indian Navy trainer, and a business development coach, I will not at all recommend this property to anyone, pathetic show by their team

Great hotel! The staff is polite and really helpful. Also very good price for what all they offer. Rooms are well kept and hygienic. Will totally recommend it!
