Hotel management and staff are Very Supportive, they also have good food menu and the food is really good.

I satyed here with my family for 1 day. Every staff of hotel was very co-operative and give fast service. You can book your room from OYO with starting price of Rs.1150. Food quality was also good. Switchs of board was broken, bedsheet was tore. But you can avoid all these things because of hotel staff and there services.

Booked this property through OYO rooms as I wanted to leave early by road for Gorakhpur and location was near to Faizabad Road. Reached at 10.40 PM but there was no one prepare food. However Mr. Pathak was very co-operative and arranged Dinner from outside and early breakfast for me.||Rooms are good but property is far from main city. Hotel is good for night's stay and if you have work near New High Court or nearby or want to leave early towards Faizabad etc.

I have stayed in many hotels in my life but I think this one has simply beaten them all. I got the clean room and it was VERY spatious. The experience was magnificient a I really felt indulged in budget in every aspect during my 4 days stay. Very recommened!

ranjana heritage / OYO vikrant khand is good but located far from city's main attractions.||its in vikrant khand gomti nagar near Hotel RANJEES & is almost 15 km from lucknow junction.||its a new property & all the rooms are quite spacious with good aesthetic . beds are of king size & quite comfortable. sleep quality is good.||all the rooms comes with attached toilets & flat TV with good no of channels.||the hotels has three floors but no lift facility.all the rooms has windows so you dont feel dingy.||staffs are courteous but lacks professionalism.. ||complementary breakfast tastes good but they have very limited options in menu.||even other items tastes good but little expensive.||the hotel is located in a upcoming residential area so no market / restaurant nearby.||taxis / autos can be available for commuting to city from the main road almost half km from hotel.||wifi is poor .very slow.. rest ok||its value for money if you get a deal... overall good hotel

Voucher # CHMM-7208170. Was there on January 07. The property has very good rooms, they are clean and well furnished. The hotel has two floors and does not have a lift-elevator. The description in clear trip does not specify that the lift does not exist. If you have an issue climbing stairs you will have to choose a room on the ground floor when you check in. If all rooms on the ground floor are full then god help you climb the stairs.

A wonderful experience it was to stay here, All staff were polite and supportive, my checkin was at mid night around 1:30AM and they played a nice role for being my host. Breakfast was great, being a foodie i loved their variety of food.

The room service is bad. Food was not provided. Even the morning tea was denyed telling lame excuses like "bahut thandh hai". Very horrible experience. This is the reason why people r now preferring hotels rather than OYO. Better look for better option guys
