Hotel PR Palace - Hotel in Husain Ganj

Worst service face ever in my life. The receptionist has no any etiquette how to greet and talk with guest. I was new for location and booked as prepaid but they didn't allow to checkin as I was got late by 4 hrs to check-in. Even their contacts are also not responding to call. Property owner was not cooperating at all and behaved like ruffian.

Zero recommendation to anyone...don't go for booking, very pathetic and horrible situation I have confronted with reception at 3:30 AM as booking was prepaid and the receptionist denied to booking and said call to OYO as booking has been lapsed. Misbehaved and did unruly behaviour with harsh n bold statements used abusive word...that awas very painful as a person come from remote. For any individual or family never plan.

Poor service and basic requirements like the washroom are not good and the water supply was not good in the washrooms.

Stayed 3 days in this hotel. ||||Hotel is on main road and free from congestion of market area. ||||1. Rooms rate is reasonable. We stayed in at ground floor due to aged people. No lift facility. Both AC/NON AC rooms are available. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with TV. But did not find any facility for daily room /bathroom clean service during our stay. ||||2. As situated on main road, one can easily avail transport facility. ||||3. Reception Staffs are helpful.They also provide tour facility on request.||||4. Food:- Room service available. As per food menu, Veg items easily available. But do not have variety of non-veg items.

Good service.. manager is well versed... easy to get metro and other vehicles....

My friends stay here in September and their views about this hotel was very good and they became happy. The hotel is near to my home and I also seen that hotel hospitality is very good and staff behaviour is ok.

Pathetic service ..No food available inside hotel..Reception won't answer your call ..would not advise any one...
