I recently stayed at Ornate Cordial Glory, and the experience was truly exceptional. The hotel's luxurious amenities and stunning atmosphere exceeded my expectations. The staff, particularly the Front Office Team, were outstanding. Ms. Srishti, Ms. Lavi, and Mr. Shailesh provided exceptional service, ensuring my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction were impressive. I felt like royalty throughout my stay. Highly recommend Ornate Cordial Glory for its excellent service, luxurious amenities, and perfect location.

Its all based on my personal experience.It sounds like their service and cleanliness met your expectations. Having a spacious dining hall for buffet dinner is definitely a plus. It's also good hotel for sports man to stay for atleast 10 to 15 days over there. Spacious and comfortable room.

Booked through Agoda, the hotel dishonored my reservation, causing a miserable experience. ||Despite confirming in person a day prior, the reception denied any booking, leaving me stranded at 6 am. Despite showing them the confirmation for early checkin, they callously dismissed my situation. ||Agoda, was contacted at 7 am, was unable to resolve and issued a refund. Completely unprofessional. They say AGODA DOESNT GIVE BOOKING GUARANTEE EVEN ON PRE PAID BOOKINGS. ||Disappointed with the hotel's disregard for confirmed reservations and Agoda's inability to rectify the situation promptly. ||Agoda's hourly stay is a FRUAD And this hotel has a major disconnect between the owner and reception. ||Taxi services are poor.

Polite & well trained staff that really takes care of your comfort. Clean & spacious rooms. Food tasted at par with some of the high end restaurants. Best budget stay at an accessible location. Loved it.

The way they treat their customers is great and you can get things changed if you don't like. Bathrooms are very small in some rooms. Sometimes sheets are not perfectly clean there will be some spots but if you tell the staff they will change it.

Comfort stay with superb service. Rooms are excellent. They provide every facilty like dental kit, coffee kit etc. Comp breakfast. Prem, one of their staff is excellent person.

Great location Near sharma hospital gomti nagar, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful. Thanks hotel orchid. |||

Lots of mosquitoes in the room either hotel, food and parking all are good. Overall 3 stars.
