Hotel O SRV Palace

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Room was not clean. AC was not working well. Fan was not even getting started due to broken condenser. He didn't change the room after our complaint also.Charges were very high as compared to the facilities. I would never suggest anyone to stay here.

I will never suggest to anyone for staying in this hotel. Third quality services and bad behavior by owner. If anyone booking vaya online then room will not available and offline room will be available.

I booked this hotel and paid full amount in advance. But after reaching the location they make me wait for 4 hours and at 12 pm they simply said that no room is available. And they also didn't returned my money. I have already filed a complaint against this hotel. And location is also not good it's like a slum area. Stay on your relatives house rather than staying in this fraud hotel.

Worst hotel and worst service of oyo. They simply refused to check in saying that all their rooms are already filled despite my paid booking 2 days before.

Don't ever go there plzz, it's pathetic . And don't make the mistake to book room online . When i arrived there , they said that they don't have tie up with MMT or OYO.. they didn't let me check in

Worst and bad behaviour of owner never suggest anyone to stay here.

Excellent place to stay, food is phenomenal & the staff is very nice.

Not taking online booking.
