Worst hotel to stay ...no towels..no toiletries..no porter... attitude towards customer pathetic... Bathroom filthy...geysors not working...only reply...sir we are working on it and will get it solved...but no solution to any problem...avoid at all costs

Pathetic rooms, unhygienic toilet, beddings. Floor also not cleaned. Water glass also not clean for drinking water

Best hotel with fabulous rooms & excellent food Park Awadh Hotel is a good hotel in Lucknow. Staff needs to be more trained and well mannered. There are so many facilities in this hotels also arranged wedding party, shadi, etc. Location of the hotel is good. Room is fabulous. Food facilities is excellent and so many actors and actress stays in this hotel. Car facilities is provided on Park Awadh Hotel best hotel in Lucknow.

The place was just too loud. I'd recommend that you make a prior reservation and enquire if there are any bookings for a birthday party or any other function. Because the DJ just goes berserk once the other party/function starts. The service is also a bit slow given the fact that they have less number of staff. The food however is good. But it'll take a lot of time toh get from the kitchen onto your plate.

1. nonsense people at the reception of the hotel.||2. i rang up the hotel reception to know the route from railway station to the hotel; the response from the reception was extremely casual and with no regard at all.||3. when i reached the hotel, the two persons at the reception told me that they were NOT INFORMED BY THE CLEARTRIP ABOUT THE BOOKING.||4. they asked me for the receipt copy. my cell phone was not charged. THEY FORCED ME TO STAND AT THE COUNTER AT 1230 HRS IN NIGHT till my cellphone was charged and i showed them the receipt.||5. meanwhile they KEPT ARGUING with me that "you people do not understand, you should bring the print copy of the receipt, these cleartrip guys do not understand, it is only when we shall send some customers back without providing them the accomodation they will understand and all such nonsense."

Hotel PARK awadh is really goid for tourists.. They serve very good service.. Reception is very helpful kind. All the process is good.. Rooms are clean.. Bathrooms are clean. Room services good.. Food quality is good but little costly..

The hotel location is very good for business travelers. Though the upkeep of the hotel is not so good(as per price). It is a good option if one is looking to spend a night without spending much. Please keep mosquito repellents.

Not good experience services are pretty slow ... i have waited long to taste my food... but food is not so awesome . Finally i wwnt to say that just visit it when you dont have any option left. Its toilet finishing work is not so good causing asthetic impleasurement in my room
