Hotel O Charbagh formerly Khalsa Inn

Don't book this hotel! We're really not too picky but this hotel was so horrible that we left 5 min after checking in. The staff showed us 3 rooms. All of them had cockroaches and were super dirty. The first room didn't have a working toilet. The second room smelled so deeply like urin that we couldn't handle it. The third room was overall so dirty as well! Hair and yellow patches on the sheets, blood and lipstick on the curtains. When we asked to get some bugspray the staff came with a waterbottle, spraying the multiple cockroaches with water. It was really disgusting. We left quickly. The Hotel didn't give us any money back for the two nights we booked. The worst hotel I've seen!

We have checked in early morning 3.00am and infromed to reception to ensure room is clean and linen is changed and fresh towels to be made availble. To our utter disappointment the room is cleaned and linen not replaced with hairs and stains, We requested the front office atleast to provide washed bedsheets. they denied stating that at this service is not available. Its disgusting experience. I booked OYO expecting the company will ensure neat and clean room with washed linen.

The hotel is very pathetic. In my around 20 years of traveling experience, I have not seen such a dirty hotel. I reached the hotel at about 11:00 PM and found all the rooms shown by the staff in a very shabby condition. The quilt and bedsheet provided by the hotel are very dirty. The toilet is in very bad condition. As I reached the hotel at midnight, I had no option other than to stay in the hotel. If I have time, I will not stay in this hotel even though I have already paid the whole amount. I request everyone not to book this stay hotel. The hotel is totally different as shown in the pictures of the booking site.

I had booked another room .. had word with on lady. Room for booked by false statement from oyo executive stating that room is only 1.2 km away from another hotel which I was previously booking. Once I reached it was almost 10-12 km away. Worst service oyo executive I won't consider oyo for future.. furthermore she told that you have done complete payment no more payment need to be done including early check in.But once I reached 300 extra was charged for early check in. I literally check out within 5-6 hours
