Expensive for what it is ! At the reception we got charged 1500 rs although online one can book a room for something like 800. The room was not really cleaned, some trash left over. The shower had no water disperser so it was very messy. The staff is very unfriendly and we didn't get any breakfast although it should be included. Not recommended at all !

The room was below satisfactory. The bedsheet and pillows were dirty AF. The TV available in the room was not working. The commode's flush wasn't functional. There was no soap or anything to clean hands. They should focus mainly on cleanliness and sanitation. The couple is allowed without any problem. Before check-in ask them for cleanliness and basic toiletries.

Pathetic Hotel. Rude Staff. Fake Photos. Forget about 3 stars it's not even single star rated. Filthy bathroom. Dirty Pillows. Real images are attached. Above all person on reception accepted that online details are fake yet he had no regret for it. He said thing are like this everywhere and nothing can be done.

My check-in experience at Hotel Metro Regency was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet or assist with check-in. I had to wait for half an hour before a staff member showed up. After a long night of travel, I was exhausted and sleepy, and to make matters worse, I wasn't even offered a glass of water or tea during the extended waiting time, which ended up being about an hour and a half. It would have been a simple gesture to offer water or tea, even if I had to pay for it, but no such courtesy was extended. Once the staff member finally arrived, he seemed more interested in knocking on guests' doors, urging them to have breakfast, rather than focusing on my check-in. After an unnecessarily long process, he asked for my booking details, and I explained that I had reserved the room for 24 hours. Despite this, the staff's attitude was unprofessional and indifferent, unlike other hotels I've stayed in where the service was far better for even less cost. To make matters worse, I was told that the housekeeping staff hadn't arrived yet, so I had to wait longer for my room to be prepared. During this time, another guest emerged from his room, visibly upset, complaining that his room hadn't been cleaned. The staff member called the manager only after the guest repeatedly shouted at him, finally arranging a new room for the guest. Shockingly, they then assigned me the used room the previous guest had stayed in. The room was filthy--there was no bedsheet on the bed, the TV was non-functional and appeared unused for a while, and the overall condition was unacceptable. Despite their claim of offering complimentary breakfast, I wasn't even asked if I would like any. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend staying at Hotel Metro Regency to anyone. The lack of professionalism and basic hospitality is simply unacceptable.

If the person has the courage to walk in an old dirty building and from the last shop climb stairs to reach its entrance then the person can try if there's no other room in the nearby hotels.

Very bad hotel exterior, room tiles broken, Hotel is situated at 2nd floor, First floor ladder very dirty & smell.

Guys ....please please please don't booked this worst hotel rooms because . First of all, they fool us by giving wrong location in the app..they tell the customer that they will correct the locations..but they will never do it. The rooms are in worst conditions..stairs, entry, everything is in worst condition. Nothing good will happen by booking here .. don't book rooms here guys .. he does not maintain these rooms, the condition of the washroom is even worse... a pillow was stuffed inside the pillow cover ..After entering the hotel the owner asked me to stay without giving a rating, how should I tell you how the room is, I did not tell you that time..This hotel does fraud with its customers. I request you not to go there again...There was talk of providing WiFi through booking through Goibibo..but he said that there is no WiFi and they cannot provide it. Because I had made the first payment online..
