Hotel Manglam

I booked a room here for my parents and on arrival they showed them a room to stay. For some reason I asked my parents to confirm first showing them the booking and that they're not being mistaken for some other guests and as I suspected they said ki no there's no booking of that sort on 600 per night and that here each night is 1500 .They misdirected my parents saying "Aage jake right m koi mangalam hotel h waha shayad booking h apki " . My parents tried looking for the same while carrying all their luggage by themselves and then after roaming cluelessly for about half an hour in rickshaw , the rickshaw wala only finally said "Sir we all know of this one mangalam . There are no other hotel mangalam here" so the rickshaw wala deopped them again here. This time i called the number provided by oyo on their website and asked him about whatever this is going on . He said " Nhi nhi apke parents sahi jagah gye the ....aap waha jaake bol dena Rishabh ji ne booking li h toh samajh jayenge . And after a lot of mess then only they accepted our booking and let my parents stay. Hilariously they were again showed the same room but this time we were charged 600 only instead of 1500 because we booked from oyo beforehand . Also it seemed like a deserted property with pitch black corridors and not a soul to be seen anywhere.

This hotel is totaly fake and service is too lazy staff i Recommended to all of you dont go there please dont waste your money and time

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mangalam Hotel in Lucknow. The staff were incredibly lazy and consistently lied. This hotel is definitely not suitable for families. The bathroom fixtures were broken, and the toilet seats were filthy. Additionally, guests do not have control over the air conditioning in their rooms. The management controls the AC from outside the rooms and often switches it off, claiming there is a power outage. This hotel is also used for inappropriate activities and is falsely advertised as a family-friendly place. They don't seem to care about the type of people they rent rooms to, deceiving customers just to fill their rooms. I strongly advise against staying here.

Very good rooms enough car parking

This hotel makes fools of people, first they give rooms, after that service facility is zero and staff is very lazy and their behavior is totally illiterate. I say no one should go to this hotel

Very Bad, not cleaned properly and electrical things are opened, and many things are not working, just sleep and go you can't use anything or enjoy it so I'll suggest you don't stay here if you have other options. Lizards and cockroach are common in rooms And I paid 1000 for all unexpected things

Please consider this for your stay. The receptionist, the staffs, the service everything was good in all regards. The rooms were clean, AC was chilling, beds were in good condition and so was the toilet. The service was prompt and catered well. The entire staff was very cordial and kind. Thanks Team Mangalam for a memorable stay with you.

Worst hotel till date i have encountered with. We booked rooms in this hotel on offer and when we came to check in, they are saying that we booked for very low charge, so they cannot provide with the rooms that belongs to us. And demanding us to talk to oyo c-care and ask them to shift the rooms. Quick advise, never book this hotel online. Even if you call prior, they will lie that the rooms are good. Also they asked for more money to give us the room which we have already booked. And believe me the rooms are not worth the money. One can get better rooms for that matter.
