Rooms are good, toiletries are provided in the room, well maintained, near and clean as well,breakfast has good variety. Staff is cordial and welcoming. Stayed multiple times, each the experience was nice. Location wise it's fantastic however advance booking is recommended as it's sought after property. Pretty much satisfied with the stay. DO NOT COME Had the worst experience staying at this property. Currently writing the review from the property. Denied food after promising it at late night - my flight got very delayed and hence I reached hotel post midnight. My colleagues who were already staying there, had already informed and were assured food will be available. My client who had booked the room had also communicated to make arrangements. Still when it came to it, they denied saying we don't have this available now and that available now. Besides this, the bed linen is stained, the shower blinds have black mould/fungus growing on it, the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the room is terrible, and is the hotel's. Mosquitoes swarming all around the reception ane room corridors. Lifts sway and churn while moving which is very scary. The staff's rudeness and unwillingness to understand is another jewel in their crown. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was fine. The hotel's accessibility was decent, with its prime location on the main road making it easy to find. Additionally, the presence of medical and convenience stores nearby added to the convenience. The highlight of our stay, however, was the food--it was absolutely delicious! We ordered the kebab platter, Rumali roti, and biryani through room service, and each dish was packed with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. If you're staying here, these three are a must-try! Overall, a great place to stay in Lucknow, offering both comfort and fantastic food.

Stayed here in Dec 2024. Central location, Spacious rooms and good service. A good breakfast spread and the food was tasty. They have parking onsite and it is easy to get to all the sights of Lucknow from here.

I stayed in this comfortable hotel for one day on my way to Ayodhya. Except for the middle-aged female receptionist, everything was good , the food, service, etc.|She was rude right from the word go, forget talking with a smile ,she should first stop frowning .|When I complained that a couple entered my room ,when I was fast asleep ,and shouted, " yeha tho pahley se koi sooyah hai ". |I reminded her that all reputed hotels send a staff member to show the guests their room ,why no one accompanied this guest . The receptionist did not even attempt to make an excuse, like hua tho hua ... |She is probably the worst hotel staff I have ever encountered

The hotel situated in Viraj khand gomti nagar, location is accessible, the ambiance is fine plus their service so good and they have nice breakfast options plus the staff is very well behaved and helpful. I had enjoyed my stay here!

This was our first trip to Lucknow and this hotel in Gomti Nagar was recommended by someone who lives in Lucknow. Our experience unfortunately wasn't very good. Bed and the mattress were tired and creaked, sheets were wrinkled, towels threadbare, corridors noisy. Food was prepared with disinterest, tea was lifeless and tepid while the Sambhar served during breakfast had hing and imli added to it with vengeance and you could have killed someone with the croissant if you knew how to throw it like a ninja. So I can't recommend this property to anyone.

"Fantastic Stay " Would recommend this stay as it is pocket friendly and also the hotel provides amazing facilities and reception to their guest. My family just loved the stay.
