The interior was very good, but the services and cleaning were absolutely poor. The fan was making noise, and the same issue was in other rooms as well. The gallery area was extremely dirty with empty condom packets lying around.

Extremely Unprofessional and Serious Privacy Violation! I had a terrible experience at Hotel La Maison. I extended my stay on 21st February and informed the reception at 10 AM, which was acknowledged. However, at 12 PM, a staff member named Aman asked if I was staying or checking out, despite my prior confirmation. Shockingly, at 3 PM, he aggressively tried to open my door using a master key, even when I was inside and clearly told him not to. If my door hadn't been locked from inside, this could have been a serious breach of privacy and security. When I reported this to the reception, instead of addressing the issue, the staff laughed in front of the manager. This kind of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for guests is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here

I had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel. The hospitality was lacking, and the behaviour of both the owner and the staff was unprofessional and frustrating. The owner exhibited childish and inappropriate behaviour, with no sense of how to communicate respectfully with guests & no sense of handling clients. The services provided by the hotel were far below standard, and the attitude of the staff was equally unhelpful. Their "illiterating" behaviour made the stay even more stressful. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, this hotel left me annoyed and dissatisfied. I do not recommend staying here.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and there was a very unpleasant odor throughout. The bedsheet was dirty, and the bathroom had issues, including broken sealing foil and a malfunctioning flush and spray. Overall, it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

Its a good place for stay with family. Mr Hamid is very helpful and knew very well how to greet customers.

The service provided by La Mansion is great and they are always ready to help their guests no matter what they ask. They're location is placed as such that is easily accessible by metro or any public transportation. The food provided is good and has good portions as well. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay and looking forward to future stays with La c. Mansion Lucknow.

The receptionist created a blunder in the booking procedure we booked via online app when we showed up the next day (the night I was having a flight) they said the rooms are full though we reached on the proper check in time and the payment was already done, not just us several other students who were having an exam next day faced the same issue they chose this hotel since it is located near to their respective exam centre at last moment the requested us to shift to another location and where we all were in a denial they even refused to payback they said us to wait for the app refund which wasn't possible since the cancellation time was already up! I've stayed here earlier too, regarding that I would like to say the rooms are clean and hygienic the food is good, the staff are good as well!
