Hotel I.P. Palace,Conference & Banquet Hall

Not that good Property is good but Rooms are not maintenance and stink even if u book executive room. Staff is rude and service is too late. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

The Hotel needs lots of maintenance. Furniture fittings (door joints, curtain rods,) AC maintenance is not done, water heaters in the toilets are open form the bottom side - risky. Reception staff need to be deciplined. Not worth the money charged by them. A face lift for the hotel is badly required.

This is for Hotel Nirmal Palace. Very bitter experience. My booking was in this hotel, but they shifted my rooms to adjascent hotel called 'NIRMAL PALACE', one of the worst service I have ever experienced. I had to catch early morning Cab for Ayodhya, but after the half work into the bathroom, water was ran out. I stucked into the bathroom near about 30 min, then they arranged another room with proper water.

Easy availability Good food The rooms were spacious but required dusting Washroom was clean big Coffee tea bags were there with kettle Overall good experience Staff was polite and welcoming

Rooms are clean food quality is very good, staffs are very polite and cooperative... specially Mr.Mishra We highly recommend this hotel for family and friends.

Very near to Lucknow Stations, good hotel and nice rooms. They apply additional charges for early check in and late check out. The only drawback is Rooms and amenities require more better care; towels not fully clean, geyser and flush in toilet was not working properly. Tata Sky subscription expired so no tv in one room. Charges for even giving 1 bottle of water per room. If they address more care, it would be much better

Recently I had visited Lucknow and stayed three nights in this hotel. The location is good, both metro and railway station are nearby. The room and toilet are well maintained. Food quality is excellent. Reception staff and waiters are are courteous. I think staying in this hotel has value for money

Booked a room for 1800+GST for 3 nights. Reached hotel around 1.00 am. Given a room (122) next to a toilet. Extremely bad room with spit marks on the wall, cracked floor, shabby and unclean sheets. First impressions were bad. Next morning changed to another room (108) which was good. However, water jug was always empty, tea kettle was there but tea bags and milk, sugar had to be personally brought from the reception area... because when asked, the service took very long. Room Service has to improve leaps and bounds. Had to cancel a dinner order one day...ordered food at 7.30 pm, told them to serve by 8.30 pm. At 10.00 pm when I chased up they said, "abhi banake bhejta hoon." So we had to go without food that night !
