Hotel Heera Grand

I recently stayed at Hotel Heera Grand and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help, making check-in and stay smooth. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's central location was a big plus, making it easy to explore the city. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and the service was prompt. Overall, a great value for money! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucknow.

We chose this hotel because it was close to our conference venue.The room was very basic. But the ventilation was really poor. The room had a weird smell which didn't go away even after spraying it with freshners. They charged us for water bottles during checkout although it was mentioned in the amenities.The workers were arrogant. The rooms look deceivingly spacious and bright in some of the posts. This hotel can barely be a last resort.

The staff was friendly and polite, but I was not given toilet paper when I asked and had to pay for the bottle of water. The most unpleasant thing I found was the smell in the room due to the water seeping into the wall to the hallway when showering. The paint is peeling and efflorescence is visible on the brickwork. The bed linen was dirty and not washed properly. The room had neither windows nor a fan in the bathroom, so the humidity remained in the room. The wifi was barely usable at the desk in the corner of the room.

If u want to stay at aminabad while your lucknow tour, I suggest Hotel Heera grand. All the staffs are well behaved and Mr Naved is really a gentleman. My check out was at 11 am but he allowed me to stay upto 4 pm without any extra money. Food quality is also good. My rating of this hotel is 5/5.

Our experience of the Hotel was EXTREMELY BAD! The rooms and even the washroom have NO ventilation. The room was tiny. The bed was soooo small. We booked the rooms for three people and paid extra for a mattress cause they basically told us to sleepin the teeny tiny bed, three of us, ADULTS! It was a Classic room and the size of the "double bed" was around 4ft wide. Upon our check in the room smelled like a soggy towel. The staff is Extremely rude. Basic amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush shampoo conditioner, toilet papers, were denied. And when we asked about drinking water they said they have it in limited amount and basically told me to drink water from shower, YES THE MANAGER DID IMPLIED THAT TO ME!!!!!! and then send a tiny kettle of water and promised that they'll provide a jug of water. And that did not happen the two days we lived here, there was no jug what so ever. The TV and AC remotes batteries were dead. And again the manager was rude, smug and arrogant.

I wish I could give a negative rating.The staff, especially the manager was very rude.They didn't provide basic things like towels,toilet paper and water bottles. I could overlook these issues if they had been polite. Additionally,they didn't allow us to bring in food from outside.

Charging double. Doesn't accept Bookings from other app. No towels, no water, no cutlery, no coffee, no service. Use hotel. Don't go here. Charging jus a like a business hotel. Service is like a 3rd class hotel.

There are a few major flaws. 1. The AC system wasn't working with remote. 2. Tv wasn't working even though they promised in the day they would make it work. 3. They always have a dearth of towels. I stayed for 2 days, and on both, they were short of towels.
