Hotel gracious Inn Lucknow

Rooms were clean that's why I am giving 2 stars otherwise pathetic hotel. Just because it is near to Cosmo exam centre students visit here but they charge Rs1000 per room without A/C. They charge money for tea and water also. I stayed here for one night but couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes and english toilet was also not working so I had to change room with Indian toilet where there was not any soap or slippers.

Pro - Hotel was fine. What else you can expect under 600/- Nice place to put your luggage and walk around. Con - Only thing was not right was you can't lock door from inside so kinda like anyone can open door with a push. Times like sleeping ,going washroom, taking bath it's really bad feeling.

Hotel was ok. Best for aspirants who have exam in cosmo foundation Pros - 1. very near from the cosmo foundation 2. Peaceful environment Cons - 1. Toilet flush was not working. 2. Pillows was totally damaged. 3. Bed was shaking like i were in train.

Very Bad Experience - at the time of check in no change of bed sheet n pillow, not provide fresh towel, No cleaning of room . The said they will provide but after returning in the evening they didn't. Please see photo attached

Hotel was near Cosmo foundation exam centre. Hotel Owner was very good in nature and supportive. If you are coming for exam and want and stay near the exam centre for a night than you should definitely go for it. Price were also in limits.

Worst management ever don't recommend to anyone else said they will not give me room if I do online payment I tried to book via Oyo app they said I will not give room if you pay online asking to pay more money in offline I wanted to ay online because I was getting 110 off from Oyo app

A gracious HELL with lots of cockroaches under pillow, dirty bedsheets and paan ki peek on the walls. Had a wonderful morning here when I saw 2 rats running on my luggage bags. Met 2 very polite managar here. One was a LIER, who gave a assurance that he will make sure to clean the dirty and stinky washroom and will the change the bedsheets, just ran away in the evening as his duty hours was over. And other was a DEAF, who was not responding to any of our queries and was busy in watching YouTube videos. He had only one answer for all the queries, morning Wale manager se baat kar lena. Bechare OWNERS.

No anything is better no receptions fan on no good service no bed sheet change no water performance everything is bad AC is not work AC hot hot yer very bad hotel not hotel only room for student friend
