Wonderful Stay at Hotel Galaxy International, Lucknow I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Galaxy International, Lucknow. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing stay. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring excellent hospitality. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great place to stay - highly recommended!

Rooms are decently good i think interior designer was a bit drunk while planning the rooms Service is also okay menu shows a lot of options but availability is far low Even the back yard of my home is better than the reception of this hotel People here are like they're really trying hard to come up as professionals but aren't able to make it up Rooms had no windows or ventilation or anything for fresh air A person at the reception gave a logic that what is the need of window when you already had an ac installed I won't say it's a must stay but ok ok don't expect much

Rooms are good . Washroom are too .but they need to improve their service regarding kit they provide and Also they need to improve their Elevator

No Geyser, No kettle for hat water No AC No TV Reception tell u, it's you fault. U need to check room. Very poor service

The hotel ambiance is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping and room services were provided promptly and the food was amazing. Staff behaviour was very good. I think this hotel is the best option for a stay in lucknow.

Great experience. Hotel is situated in the heart of the city and everything tourist destination is near by. Staff is well mannered and very helpful. Food is also nice.
