Decent room with good interior. Budget friendly. Food not available round the clock. Match with restaurant timing to avoid missing meal. No good restaurant also in the vicinity also.

Very poor service by the hotel and my experience was disappointing. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, taking a long time to respond to requests. They should Provide ongoing training for staff to improve customer service skills. And the staff should learn to Communicate effectively with guests about any disruptions or issues.

Very poor service, you have to call 10 times to the reception just to get one water bottle and hear their excuses all the time. I would never ever recommend the Hotel to anyone. Also, not just for water bottle, they don't have iron, don't provide room slippers ( called multiple time for that too). Make us feel like they are doing some sewa.

It was a great experience with the galaxy grand. The rooms were very neat and clean and the ambience was very royal. Good maintainace.

I had very disappointing time at this hotel. Booked it for my engagement ceremony but received nothing as promised. No water bottles No snack counter AC turning off again and again. After the amount is transferred they behave very different I asked for different decorations and received different decor waiters were unresponsive accountants managers were nowhere to be found these reviews seem fake because everyone I saw was either angry or dissatisfied. Overall food is good but service and staff behaviour is very disappointing.

The staff here are tooo indiscipline If you looking to book for a wedding you must not because the food is not worth it Wont ever recommend to anyone

The hotel has one of the best locations in Lucknow hazratganj.The staff was very courteous polite helpful.we also enjoyed the delicious foods.Great stay at hotel galaxy grand.
