Had a great experience at Hotel Emperio Grand in Alambagh, Lucknow. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and responsive, though service was a bit slow at times. Loved the food--especially the rooftop cafe, which had a really nice vibe and tasty dishes. Attended a friend's wedding here and the banquet hall was beautifully decorated and well-managed. Parking was available and the location is pretty convenient, close to the airport and metro. Would definitely recommend it for both stays and events!

Went their restaurant to try their buffet but service was so pathetic that I couldn't eat there... As I had no clue about their buffet timing I went there at around 8 but there was not a single customer there still they said me we'll serve you but you've to leave before 9 or you come at 9... And all this they said me when they even don't have a single customer in their restaurant... And with this kinda guest service I'm pretty much sure that this place won't get customers... Better avoid such place...

The dishes were cold, lacked flavor, and did not meet the standards promised. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with delays and a lack of attentiveness that added to the frustration. The hotel's location further compounded the challenges. Situated in a congested area with narrow lanes, accessing the property was difficult and stressful, especially after a long journey. While the venue may have certain positives, the issues with accessibility, food quality, and service made the overall experience far from ideal. Based on our experience, I find it difficult to recommend this hotel for important events.
