Hotel Ekas Lucknow

Digital key to rooms was a problem every time. They cleaned room when we were not there without informing or asking permission. No hot water available, and rude staff behaviour if we enquire for hot water.Be sure not to keep valuables Beds and bedspread could be better. Hot water was not available, we wanted to fresh up at night 8 pm, when service was asked they said it is available and asked to keep water running for sometime. Even after long wait hot water did not come,waste of water as well. But morning very instantly it came, when we asked about this , staffs answer back very rudely. Bad behaviour. Location is near to metro and railway. Food was good.

.I had the best experience at (Hotel Ekas). Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable. Specially Thanks to Ms Nancy Tiwari for great response.

Very nice and peaceful stay. Excellent. Receptionist Nancy is very humble and caring. Hotal staff is also very humble and well managed. Complimentary breakfast quality is very good and serving staff behaviour is very nice. Overall experience is excellent

Hotel was good. Location is good. Food is excellent. Hospitality is also good. Overall worth for the money if you are booking room with included breakfast. Had wonderful experience. Properly managed property. Saff very cooperative,Well trained and mannered. Food quality and service was delightful. Nancy and Simran front office manager were very helpful and supportive during my stay in the premise..

Strategically located , decent hotel ! Almost opposite to Charbag Station and Metro Station , this hotel is strategically located for the train ,airport and typical market access using metro . The hotel has everything that a decent hotel must have . They allowed early check in which was a bonus . Charges too appeared reasonable . Ok rooms , decently clean , ok staff and front desk . No complaints whatsoever !

I have stayed here many times. It is right in front of the charbagh railway station and within walking distance and The metro to the airport is available from here. This is a very good hotel. It is in a very good location and the breakfast here is awesome. The staff and service are very good.
