Hotel Dileep

We stayed in the family room and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family trip. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, a budget-friendly option with good service.

Pathetic and unhygienic place to stay. Please dont be fooled by uploaded photos, all of them are misleading. Hotel is extremely poor and awful. Extremely disappointing experience.

On reaching they refused to allot the room booked and gave a single bed room instead which did not even have basic bathroom fittings.. our relative was disappointed and it was embarrassing. They charged full amount of the higher grade room by saying all rooms are full...the hotel was clearly not occupied and there was enough vacancy. They are running a scam.. fraud to cheat customers. The reviews here are also misleading

Do not go to this place. They are scam they will charge you all the money upfront and then will not give you service at all they do not even do room service daily. If you ask them to change the bedsheet aur pillow covers they will argue with you. I had booked a room there for a week and when I asked them to change the bedsheets they said they will only do that once in 3-4 days. They staff receptionist and even the owner are very rude and mean. They will literally torture you to get money from you. They place is very unhygienic. They will not give you any service and asked them ro deduct the money for 2 days that i stayed there and refund my rest of then money They didn't not give me that and when I asked if you are not giving me refund at least do the service properly They did not even do that. The place is very shaddy and it has place mold and fungus too that place completely stinks because of fungus. Please do not go there and waste your hard earned money.

Present at prime location The metro is present just adjacent to the hotel. Staff no doubt are very cooperative and will guide you with the best. But the rooms were not well equipped and were not clean. One room ac was not having proper plugs and sparks were there. Only indian toilets were there. Rooms are small but washrooms were proportionally bigger. Overall it was an average stay.

Worst stay. Very dirty room, online photos are just scams. And their most of the OTAs are managed by a fraud company GoRoomGo. I paid to GoRoomGo in order to avoid cancellation. On reaching hotel the staff denied any payment received. We upgraded our room to AC, and the staff asked us to pay full amount. He said to get refund from GoRoomGo. But GoRoomGo irritated me, atlast they deducted 200 rupees and refunded the rest to me. Both GoRoomGo and hotel are scam, they are linked together but they even don't know how they are managing payment. Doing frauds with people.||Genuine Hotel Dileep is registered only in Booking.com, rest all are scam by GoRoomGo

I was on a corporate meet in Lucknow & my stay was in this hotel. They offered me smooth check in and rooms were also very clean and tidy. The staff was generous enough, the food quality was worth for what they charged. The best part is they are located at the centre of city.

Location of the hotel is very good its just beside Huseinganj Metro Station so no worries of transport and you can also get auto and taxi just outside the hotel. Room was good but the bathroom was not up to the mark it looked like it belonged to some old house and everything was broken like tap, water shower and even the bulb was not working right. The bathroom really needs a renovation . Staff was good and helpful . Overall Good experience except the bathroom part.
