Hotel Dayal

Close to Lucknow Charbagh (around 1km) and the metro station as well. The rooms are priced reasonably. Stayed for 4 days, and asked for a room change on day 1 as the bathroom nets were broken and the room was small, and immediately got a new room within a few hours. Comfortable stay, friendly owner, helped with all our luggage.

I booked via Agoda. Worst place nobody should stay there. Better to find some shelter house. Bed sheets and curtains are teared. Furniture are broken. They didn't Provide water and breakfast as per in Agoda deals. Worst....

waste of money and hotel like a railway station no water in bathroom and rats are in rooms and no clear all this and i suggest people to plz no book this hotel for stay plz

Worst hotel very dirty rooms in comparison to price even the staff is non cooperative

Room condition is not good.tea and food not available. Bathroom condition very bad need plumber to fix some issue of bathroom. Room services too lazy and not satisfied. Price affordable but I don't want to come again in this hotel.

It's definitely the WORST hotel in Lucknow; do not recommend. The staff is exceptionally rude, the whole place is run-down and covered in dirt and fungus, so if you want to catch a nasty disease, this is a place for you. On top of all that, they're RACIST! We booked a reservation a few MONTHS ago and they told me everything is fine and great. Guess what happens on the very day we arrived? They told us they won't give us rooms because we're white. Literally. They didn't mention this kind of information anywhere earlier and they told that the day we were supposed to check in so they basically left us without a place to stay. Thankfully there's an amazing hotel just across the street, so if you're wondering where to go in Lucknow, definitely do NOT go to Dayal.

My experience was very bad because the staff was very rude and spoke to me in a very rude manner, everything else was fine but the reception staff was bad.I would not recommend this Hotel Dayal to anyone and I myself would not visit this hotel again
