Hotel Arif Castles - Lucknow

The hotel has just one type of room. So don't be surprise to see a difference in online photos and actual room. The cleanliness was really good along with the food. The location was really beneficial and staff were courteous.

Disappointing Experience at Arif Castles, Lucknow My recent stay at Arif Castles, located in the heart of Hazratganj, was a highly disappointing experience. Given its central location, we chose this hotel expecting convenience and comfort. Unfortunately, it failed to meet our expectations on multiple fronts. Upon check-in, we were initially assigned a small room that was in terrible condition. The room was cramped, poorly maintained, and far from the standard we anticipated. After expressing our dissatisfaction, the management did upgrade us to a suite. However, to our dismay, the suite was also in an appalling state. The bathroom and the room seemed like they hadn't been renovated or properly cleaned in ages. The overall appearance was completely contrary to the polished images advertised on Google... The level of cleanliness was unacceptable and left us with a feeling of disgust.... The hotel management's lack of attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. Basic amenities such as slippers and toiletries were not provided in the room, and no effort was made to ensure our comfort or satisfaction. The misleading online images, lack of cleanliness overshadowed its prime location. I would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Lucknow.

It was a very bad experience. They call themselves three star. When I checked in the room, I got normal RO water. When I asked, they said that this is the only water available. Breakfast was included in ours. Had to leave early on the second day. So, I took baby milk. They said it is chargeable in the breakfast. No milk available even though we skipped breakfast

I got an opportunity to stay at this place for 4 days, and the stay was excellent. The place is quiet and comfortable. The staff is also very professional in the hotel and the food is also great the taste is very good.the hotel is clean and tidy and the staff is also very helpful one of the best hotels around the budget of 2 to 3k

Food is of excellent quality. Manager and staff both are too good. Ms. Shanu Singh is extremely polite and always serves the food in best possible manner.

Comfortable and Cozy. Good wifi. Good coffee. Lunch and Dinner is customisable. Breakfast has buffet. Subtle and comfortable lightning in room. Extra bed lights for reading. Proper positioning of power sockets. Washroom and Bathroom are excellent with glass separation, hair dryer and a socket for trimmers.

Recently I visited this hotel 2days before it's was nice experience and very neat and clean hotel staff were very helpful specially shanu singh and babita and food was just delicious
