Hotel Amansara

Staying in this hotel is not worth, I have book my room around 9 PM , inspite of instructing to hotel front staff to spray room freshner as room and rest room was smelling no body attended. No soap no towel no toilet tissue roll was available, need to ask room service to provide these essential item, which suppose to available at the time of entry to room. Cockroaches seen in the toilet and in the room. Mineral water which require to provide as complementary was chargeable. Overall i would say that Hotel housekeeping is not good. I m very disappointed.

One of the best hotels in lucknow. Tidy rooms. Great hospitality. Staff behaviour was very good. Food was tasty. Overall the hotel was very good.

Nice place to stay in Lucknow I am staying here last 1 year, staff to room everything top notch I personally recommend to everyone who come to Lucknow please must visit here.

It's a hotel with a bare minimum facility, rooms are old and have a lot of worn out furniture, walls washrooms... They won't provide you proper toiletries and enough towels for 2 people, no free water bottle over all just a budget hotel, though I paid 2k for the room, of it would have been 1500 or 1600 it would have been a good deal.

Very very Bad experience House keeping was pathetic. They did not provide towels even after repeated requests. Drinking water not provided. They charge even for water. The house keeping dept does not clean the room even after requesting to clean the room. I gave this response in Booking.com but they deleted the review to hide their failure Overall very Bad experience

Inspite of booking in fab and making a full amount they cancelled the booking after check in.then was asked to continue after speaking with fab local guy.then at midnight got a call that fab cancelled the booking and need to checkout or pay a diff of 2000 rs.It took 1 hr to sort out this issue,do a rebooking and continue my stay. This was my second stay in two months.Chose this premium property for the second time but the service and behaviour of staff got very worst.

I am Mohd Hanif from Mumbai. Stayed here for few days. Am glad to have their superb service given by hotel itself. Very polite nature. I will definately stay again if come to Lucknow.

I had a wonderful experience at hotel Amansara. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended.
