The hotel staff provided excellent service, but there is room for improvement in the quality of the rooms. Initially, we encountered issues such as an unclean towel and a broken toilet, but the staff promptly resolved it by offering us a different room. Additionally, the absence of a visible signboard makes the hotel challenging to locate. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was good and offered great value for money.

The rooms are decent but service is bit slow. Employes are calm and nice , They have patience with the customer. They can improve more.

Location is ok, but the cleanliness of the sheets is questionable.

Excellent hotel, neat and clean.centrally located and located in prime location gomti nagar. also provide a breakfast in room and there is a in house kitchen available.||Tv is in working condition and AC is also working.||staff is very coperative and support during audit.||there is proper a drinking facilities available in the hotel.||Solar rooftop is also available in the hotel

For me the bestest stay there the staff was so polite as we know behaviour is the key to success for every Business...and the behaviour of the manager was so polite.... highly recommended

A basic budget hotel in Gomti Nagar. They can improve by focusing on cleanliness and maintenance.

Hotel is centrally located and hotel is neat and clean. Surrounding is silent so one can have a peaceful sleep. Breakfast services are available and variety of options are there. Will love to stay again.

It was not completely clean and there was a smell coming from the blanket
