Had an amazing experience at Heritage Blue Inn! I had booked a room, and the arrangements were done by Ms. Sharadha. She ensured everything was perfect, from the decoration to the overall setup. I just made one call, and she managed everything beautifully in such a short time. Truly appreciate her efforts! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The service here is very useless friend. If you order something at the reception and by mistake you call again to ask for something then their reply is that they did not tell you anything earlier. If there is a party going on in the hotel then it takes time for the guest staying in the room to deliver the order. I am having a very useless experience here. The shower in the room is not working properly. There is a wash behind the bed. And the AC was not cooling at all.

Good budget hotel. We travelled to Lucknow en route to Kumbh and this was a good choice of hotel with complementary breakfast. Located in the centre of the city, all the must visit places are a few mins away.

The rooms are completely infested with fungus, and the staff's behavior is disappointing. I would not recommend this place for family or friends.

The hotel was quite ok but the room was not so much clean the bedsheet the blanket was dirty and staff behaviour was not so good specially house keeping staff

Recently I went to this hotel. The hotel is average and the behaviour of the staff was also good but the facilities provided are not up to the mark as per the price charged by them.

Worst experience, their service not good, food not good, behaviour not good, hospitality not good. They don't have proper staff also.

The room was small and cozy. For a solo traveller or if it's for two people travelling together it's perfect. But not for more than 2 people. There was no curtain in my room which was quite uncomfortable for me. Other than that rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean too. There was no foul smell. The only cons that I see is that no outside food is allowed. (Which again can be a no prob if you snuck up the food in the bag or something, but my point here is why do I have to snuck it!!!). The location is also good. It's near the main market and metro station. Also the bus stand is not much far from there.
