Happy mark suites rooms

Not Happy at All Room was very bad. Washroom smells like hell, very bad. No mirror in room. TV not working, no channel at all. I ask support guy, he say not possible today. I know if they want to give service, just recharge it, but still he can't do anything. Very bad experience, not recommend.

I will never recommend someone to stay there. With the first look, you want to stay there but upon reaching you will get to know first that the rooms are not available and post that the rooms are totally not worth it. Room is full of smell, not all the lights were working, no towels present at first, bedsheets are dirty.

It was my worst experience ever there no amenities in hotel room were not clean I am very disappointed the staff were not helpful they do even provide the regular water I would suggest you do not stay in this hotel

The rooms are so so... And what to say.. I don't know... Try to avoid this place and this stay should be anyone's last choice..the best thing is location...

It is very good hotel and staff is also very good and cleanliness of the room and bathroom is also good

Nice experience, old architecture with a very different flavour as the building belongs to an architect family. Green, clean, hidden gem. The kitchen is not functional usually No hi-fi facilities, any one looking for a luxury stay should avoid.

Happy Mark Sweet Rooms exceeded my expectations! The rooms were impeccably clean, the bathrooms were spotless, and the staff created such a warm and friendly environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Gomtinagar

A hotel stay I want to forget about. Dirty rooms. Even public toilets are more clean than their washroom. If you ask for water you will get it after 2 days. They won't provide towels but keep on lingering for check out. Don't book this hotel ever.
