One of the best hotels of Lucknow, though wasn't expecting it to be so good "Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and welcoming. The toilets were v clean , and the restaurant had a lovely ambience, we just loved it !! Everything exceeded expectations--would definitely recommend!"

What views! Restaurant on 7th floor was stunning. Kind staff. The breakfast is worth getting out of the room for. Plenty of restaurants nearby so busy roads surround the property.|They are remodeling outside so check before on possible discount.

As we checked in. We were offered welcome drink options to choose. Tea /coffe/ fresh lime soda. Never seen hotels doing this. The rooms are very well done and the food is top notch.|The restaurant breakfast in morning had an eloborate spread with yummy food. Don't miss the shahi tukda after the meal it's a must.

Hotel Gemini is an oasis. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was like a cloud, and the food was fantastic Indian fare. ||The staff was very helpful in finding us a car to Varanasi on short notice, and accommodated us with a late check out while waiting. We could t have had a nicer stay. Thank you!

The hotel is pathetic. The staff is rude and I can see why people have posted reviews about rude behaviour. This should be removed from agoda. First of all we booked and requested different booking and then they gave us a different room. The hotel is nosiy and they are having construction to begin with. I saw the room it was dirty and the location of the hotel they kept on Google is wrong. And it took my guest who is traveling 2 hrs away. When I arrived and told them to change the location they said that they are getting it changed. Pathetic hotel with the pathetic behaviour. Waste of money and time. We are here almost for 10 hrs and they already have spoilt 3 hrs.

Excellent central location at hazratjang especially when one wants to shop for lucknows special goods....womens wear.||Both the rooms and washrooms are very clean . The beds are very comfortable.||Excellent spread for breakfast.||Staff are courteous and well behaved.||Cost of the room maybe a little steep, maybe the Mahakumbhmela effect.||Overall rating very good even at this price considering the acute shortages of good rooms during this period of the Mahakumbhamela

Had a great stay at this hotel! The room was nice and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Their in-house restaurant, Zaika, was a highlight--delicious food and a great dining experience. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel requires a lot of renovation and upgrade for gaining back it's reputation. The service was extremely ordinary and found a cockroach in the bathroom.. breakfast was a good experience
