Stay is excellent. Staffs are very efficient. Food is delicious. Arecommendable hotel for staying in Lucknow with family, no doubt. They provide a safe parking and swimming pool also. House keeping staffs are ready to serve 24x7 always. We have enjoyed our stay here a lot.

I m staying n invited a guest for dinner at Hotel, praising their buffet based on my past experiences. While the staff was courteous and attentive, we were quite disappointed with the non-vegetarian food options and quality. The variety was limited, and the taste didn't match the expectations set by the hotel's otherwise great reputation. That said, I appreciate the hospitality and how receptive the staff was to our feedback. I hope the management takes this as an opportunity to enhance the dining experience, especially for non-vegetarian guests. Looking forward to improvements in the future!

This hotel is worth staying at largely because of its excellent food. The chefs were brilliant! I must mention Mr. Asif Khan who was waiting on us. He was seeing to it personally that we made the right choices from the delectable Awadhi cuisine. Looking forward to visit again.

One of the best properties by ITC in Lucknow. Great location, excellent food quality & taste along with exemplary services. Very welcoming staff. Chef visited our table personally and food ordered was altered to our taste. Would love to stay again.

The size of the rooms was very nice and spacious, the sitting area besides the glass window was lovely. The in room dining had plenty options and the staff was very courteous breakfast had ample options both veg and non veg. I truly enjoyed my stay in lucknow thanks to this hotel!

The place is amazing specially the room service they just there with in min. Food is not good as face salt issue they don't put salt. Over all the hotel is good the staff is really good as yash he helped a lot.
