Worst Rooms. Very dirty washrooms and beds. They don't clean the rooms. AC and Fan does not work. They keep turning off the power to save electricity. Geyser does not work. Beds have bugs. Room literally stinks. Broken wash basin which leaks water on ourself. I booked it online for 2 nights and paid 2171 online but the person there denied checkin and demanded more money during checkin and during checkout as well. The pepsi bottle is 20 but he charges 25. Overall worst service. Worst management

Toilet was not cleaned properly. Room was too small and no facilities available for calling the reception. Overall experience was pathetic. Manager was good and helpful in nature.

This OYO property is just 200 metres away from the main road, famous point Sikander Bagh. Can be easily accessed by Ola/Uber/Rickshaw/ E Rickshaw. The rooms are well maintained and well furnished but a little bit smaller in size but not to worry. AC works fine. Check in and check out were smooth. Staffs are well behaved and polite. Bathroom is really clean and well furnished with geyser, washing basin, rain shower and toiletries. clean linen, comfortable bed, clean pillow covers, comfortable blankets. Easily accessible to the famous historical monuments. Saharanganj mall is in walking distance. You can reach the nearest metro station Hazratganj by a govt bus at Rs 5. Highly recommended. This place is centrally located, neat n clean room with great service. It is a quiet place that means you have your privacy. Wifi availability is good too. I would highly recommend people to come. From my side 4n a half stars

If booked from Oyo the will not accept at night, they explained some kind of NOC excuse, charge as per there request and gives the worst experience. The room is like cave strongly not recommending.

Stayed from 25 October 2019 to 29 October 2019. Room no 007. Room was cleaned only once in 4 days! Sheets were not changed, Fresh towels given only once that too on insisting. Bathroom could not be closed. Room service was pathetic. Cupboard did not have hangers. Very very bad experience.

At the Check-in I was asked to pay extra amount irrespective of booking from OYO, caretaker calls owner and owner instructed him to ask for extra money. When I resist then after huge argument they agreed to gave me room. Also the room mattress and pillows were stinky.

Very neat and clean rooms , room are very spacious , management are too friendly, food is also good hotel location is 100 metre away from main road , taxi is easily available for hazratganj and mahanagar as well as for railway station (charbagh)
