Flagship Star Stay Guest house opposite Kendriya Bhawan

The hotel is not doing its work properly as i had booked a room on 08/12/2024 by mistake and i immediately called the oyo customer care and the hotel owner to inform them that the date mentioned was incorrect by mistake so please modify my bookings to 12/12/2024 and they told me that they cannot change the date of the booking and to create another booking for some other day and they will refund the amount that I had pay for the booking done on 08/12/2024 whose booking ID is ITNX6699 after checking out from the next booking, which I have done for 12/12/2024, and I have to inform them within 24 hours of checkout and the customer care also send me an email regarding this refund policy so after receiving their mail I booked another room in the same hotel for 12/12/2024, whose booking ID is QD4F7503 and now when I call the customer care executive to give my refund, they are saying that I had stayed in the hotel on 08/12/2024, which is totally wrong and now they are not refunding my money.

Good service, good room, good staff , overall good experience They have a cafe on the top floor too so if you are craving for anything just go to the top floor and have a nice time there. Good location too near UPSC exam hall and beside kendriya bhavan.

To begin with, they accept early check-in with a minimal fee i.e., subject to availability. The staff is friendly and cordial in nature. Furthermore, surrounded by food joints and street shopping. On top of this, the deluxe room is spacious with a twin bed and an air conditioner to beat the heat. In addition, washroom is spacious, clean and has 24/7 hot water. Food isn't complimentary; however, a restaurant on the top floor of the same building can serve the purpose.

Worst and arrogant staff. Charged extra after booking. Didn't had a washroom. Provided a doremetry in place of room. Receptionist said we don't book rooms by the low prices of oyo. And oyo managers knows this, they allowed us to do so. Provided dirty room with lots of noise from around. Receptionist was the worst person anyone u will ever come across in life.

Total scam. We went there and he was about to show us the rooms, but as soon as he found out that we had booked through Make My Trip, he suddenly changed his tune and said that they were not accepting online bookings.

They charge more than the bookinng amount shown on Oyo App, when reached at the place. I booked from app that time it was Rs 701 and at the tome of check in they denied taking booking through oyo and asked for Rs 1000, i was late and with no other plan i have to give the amount of Inr 1000 for the stay. The bed quality is worst, washroom does not have soaps. All hotels from oyo are nowdays not taking bookings through oyo or the amount shown on Oyo app. They charge much higher when reached at he reception. They also say not to pay at oyo app and give the amt directly to them.

Receptionist Rahul was not co-operative nature. Images uploaded on Google or Oyo is fake. The charged me extra to provide the same room as shown in the pics and invoice also did not issue for the extra amount charged.

Hotel conditions are pathetic. Receptionist asked for more money apart from OYO payment whatsoever you have done earlier. Never visit this hotel if you are planning to so in near future.
