4 star because of its location and price point. The service is also however can be considered in the range of okay to good. So after a horrible stay at some other property we tried to search another in Gomtinagar Lucknow, we saw this property however the reviews were mixed but we thought of having a look at it first before booking in order to be safe. So this is actually inside DLF MyPad. Their reception is in 1st floor B1 building however the rooms are at 10th floor, so consider this point before booking them. The 4 lifts are although operating. So the concept here is the rooms are that studio rooms which are given to multiple hotels to run. Not only this hotel but others like nest 999 and few others operate at the same time. Like in front of us the rooms were operated by other hotel. Not sure how many rooms they had. Now the service is okayish like if you order food it would take around 30-40 minutes. Also they have a dining area but that again is on 1st floor. The room is space wise enough I would say however the washrooms are small. The balcony is also there not with so much space though but you can see few tall buildings and maybe enough Sun in winters. All in all okayish room considering the price point. Updating it to 3 star because of my second stay. Not at all worth 3k and neither like my previous experience here. There were hairs stains and no cleaning done at all it felt like. We checked in late around 9:40PM and then went out when we came back we noticed the table had oil rice stains and even the menu card is having stains. Then when we moved to bed there were stains as shown in the pictures and along with so many hairs that it was really looking like they just folded the quilt and nothing else as part of cleaning the room. The floor was obviously also having hairs everywhere which seriously raised hygiene issues but as it was around 12 in the night and we had to checkout early in the morning and I wasn't traveling with family, I seriously didn't bother to raise the issue because I was very tired and couldn't have managed to argue for any time. So just mentioning it here as a feedback for the hotel as well as the people who are are going to book this as to check the room for cleanliness first before checking in and also check the washroom items like soap hand-wash or other things.

Stayed with family for a night, the bedsheet - dirty, pillow cover - dirty, washroom taps - leaking, doors - won't close without taking out the door key, which resulted in all the electricity in the room being shut which also means no fan, the balcony door - jammed, won't open, even the employee had to hassle for it and then after that, he "suggested" not to open it, so basically useless, chairs - dirty, no necessary supply in the washroom, not even a hand wash or a dustbin, there was an open bucket outside in the room but nthg in the washroom, the taps were lose, we genuinely thought it'll fall off if not handled with care. The employees were sweet and cooperative, other than that nothing else worth writing something good about.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel You are making a serious mistake if you book this hotel. I'm sure you're booking based on ratings & photographs but these phtoes are not the real picture exact rooms, but they are clearly paid and fake. If you are booking based on photographs, know that the building is actually a set of studio apartments built by DLF, with the hotel owner renting a few rooms. The reception is far from the rooms, located in a shop on the ground floor, and the entire place is run by just two staff members. When I entered the room, nothing was provided--no towels, hand wash, toiletries, or even a shaving kit. All I found was a bed to sleep on. I immediately called reception, and that was the start of endless problems. They kept making excuses, claiming they were trying to help, but even after waiting until 1 PM and for the most there was nothing for food order & nothing was resolved. After a heated argument, I had no choice but to leave the next morning without taking a shower and move to another hotel. No one came to address any of the issues I faced. Writing this long review is a reflection of the humiliation and frustration I experienced. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Worst Hotel .Worst room service .It's just an apartment and nothing else .Plz dont book this hotel .every time they bring food to you room they will ask for money .They serve food with thermocol plate again you to have to ask for proper plate and spoon to eat . Its a nightmare

Writing this post to help you make better decision and it is a feedback for the hotel management Pros: 1. Good location, if you are in Lucknow to enjoy a weekend 2. Spacious rooms...but toilet is suffocating Cons: 1. Bad room service, few instances: a. Asked for toiletries in night and next morning, called twice each time...nothing provided b. Ordered breakfast...took around 1-2 hrs to get the food c. Stayed for 2 nights...no room cleaning and setting of bed, the next day....no fresh towels provided

Horrible experience. The rooms, the linen & everything smelt cigaretty. The bedsheets had blood stains even after they were changed. Walls were broken. Chair was like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Dust everywhere. Now something about the Bathroom. Fortunately, I saw how the bathroom was being cleaned. They used a brush to clean inside the commode. They used the same brush to clean the seat & entire bathroom floor. No brooming was done. Room's floor was mopped with all the dust and hairs and mop cleaned in washbasin. Overall : Disgusting rooms, extremely poor sanitation, horrible experience, bad food.

The room it was simple, staff ok but they ask me to pay again I said to them I already bought by Agoda still ask me .. they open my room without my premssion. Its bad experiances of me I see highet review but its disapointed me

Pathetic service. The toilet cleaning brush was used for cleaning toilet seats and bathroom floor. In short used to clean everything with the same toilet brush. Rooms were very bad, blood spotted bedsheets, cigarette smell in the room and lot more. Please come at your risk
