Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow

I stayed there this week with my son for an official tour. Accommodation booking was super easy, I've just emailed my requirement, they responded within an hour and took my booking request without any advance. We reached late evening, took a buffet dinner (that was super delicious) my son loved the Biryani there (after all it's Lucknow!)... Checked out the next day with a good satisfaction level.... Wait the story doesn't end here ... I forgot one of my shirts in the room, but thanks to the 'lost and found' incharge Mr. Ubaish... I got my shirt back within less than 24 hrs. I truly appreciate his efforts to "walk an extra mile" to deliver the same. .... This is the ultimate customer service...

We stayed here for 3 nights during last week of March.|Right from checkin to check out, it was excellent.||We had booked 2 rooms, we were provided facing rooms that helped us in staying close. It was a nice gesture.||Rooms are spacious, clean and trendy.|Breakfast and dinner spread were extremely good with a lot of local cuisine. It was also Rampur mughlai cuisine during dinner. Haleem, Korma and yakhni pulav were delicious.||The chef and other senior members gave us a memorable parting experience.

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott during my business trip, and it was an excellent experience. As a 4-star hotel, it truly lives up to its reputation with outstanding service, comfort, and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities, making my stay both comfortable and productive. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist ,I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and in-house dining options which offered a good variety of dishes.

Decent Stay, but Needs Better Preparedness Our family stayed at Fairfield for one night while returning from Mahakumbh, booking three rooms in advance. Since we checked in late at night, we expected a smooth process, but unfortunately, one of the rooms was not well-maintained. When we requested a room change, we had to wait almost 1.5 hours, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the blankets were old, and the linens were not clean. When we raised this concern, the staff apologized but mentioned that they had 100% occupancy--which, frankly, isn't an excuse for compromising on basic cleanliness and readiness. A hotel of this standard should be well-prepared even during full occupancy. That said, the staff was polite, and once settled, the stay was comfortable. However, better room maintenance and quicker service would greatly improve the overall experience.

I stayed at Fairfield for a couple of nights around Christmas 2024. It was an extremely comfortable stay and service was prompt and impeccable. I had a large family gathering so booked 7 rooms. The hotel staff was very considerate and booked me all seven rooms on the 10th floor. The front desk took care of all my requests with a smile. I ordered food through Swiggy multiple times and the hotel staff would promptly have it sent directly to the room. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and was delicious. Kudos to the hotel staff and management!

Had a wonderful stay at Marriott Lucknow! The hospitality was top-notch, and the housekeeping service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Gaurav from housekeeping for his dedication and attention to detail. He ensured everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and luxurious experience!

Excellent hotel, very nice staff. Special shout out to Yaseen who did a wonderful job tidying the room each day. The buffets were tasty and well priced. The staff are attentive and professional. Everything was clean and up to date. Highly recommended.

Reception | Experience far from satisfactory The service in the banquet hall was highly disappointing. Snacks were barely served at the tables, and neither soup nor coffee was offered proactively. When we specifically requested coffee, it arrived cold, adding to the overall frustration. The food quality left much to be desired. The lentils (dal) were extremely thin and lacked richness, making them quite unappealing. The starters served especially spring rolls were stale, and they were taken off the menu only after complaints from guests. Such an oversight is unacceptable, especially at a Marriott property. Overall, both the service and food fell significantly short of what one would expect from a Marriott venue --defeating the very purpose of choosing this place. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.
