FabHotel Rachna Palace and Banquets

It's a good hotel for a single male person stay. Not so spacious and flexible for a family stay. They are not even providing basic amenities like a shaving kit, dental kit. Only forcing me to give a good rating. Food was average and please don't book breakfast including the room, complimentary breakfast is only Poha with tea or coffee. If you order from the menu then it will be chargeable not in complimentary breakfast.

Must Recommended !!! Rooms: Rooms are the highlight of this hotel a they were spacious and clean. The bathroom was good and furnished. Service: Service by the hotel management is appreciable. I have visited rachna palace 3 to 4 times and no issues were found with the hotel management. They response on time. Food: The food is also good just like any other good hotel but at a affordable price. The price to worth ratio is one of the best. They have the lift facility and the parking area also.

Here I visited and genuinely it was a great experience. The way staff behaved and gave the quick response. Also the most beautiful thing is that any time you can order delicious food. I had ordered veg Maggie, trust me it was so spicy and delicious. And last one here you would have to ask for water there is mineral water which is chargeable, so if you thinking that at the time of checking you wouldn't be served that instead of that you would have been served with Aro water.

Had an amazing stay at FabHotel Rachna Palace. Had my initial doubts due to the negative reviews mentioned by people, but to my surprise the hotel was as per my expectations. Rooms were clean, AC was working smoothly all time (which was a bit surprising for me, based on my previous experiences at other hotels) bedsheets were a bit okayish (few food stains were there) location was easily accessible. So overall i had a good stay for one day.. Will definitely consider it for my future travels to lucknow.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Stay Away from This Hotel! I had booked 3 rooms at Hotel Rachna Palace and Banquets through Booking.com, with confirmation received after paying an advance via a payment link shared on WhatsApp. Everything seemed fine--until we actually reached the property. To our shock, we were denied check-in with the excuse that there was some "electricity fault" affecting 10 rooms. This was clearly just an excuse, as other guests were checking in. The person at the reception was rude and aggressive. When we pushed for a resolution, he casually offered to look for rooms at another hotel far away, and even that was "subject to availability." When I asked for contact details for Fab Hotels or Booking.com support, he arrogantly said, "I won't share any number, do whatever you want." Upon asking for a refund of the advance payment, his response was, "Go and collect it from whoever you paid. Not my problem." His behavior escalated so badly that I had no option but to call the police. The moment he realized the police were actually on their way, he magically "found" 2 rooms for us and promised one more soon. The police arrived, reprimanded him for his misbehavior, and ensured we got the rooms. If we hadn't involved the authorities, we would've been stranded with luggage and no place to go despite full payment and confirmed bookings. There's a lot more that went wrong, but I'll spare the details for now. Just know this: this hotel is absolutely unreliable, mismanaged, and the staff behaves like they're doing you a favor by letting you stay in the rooms you've already paid for. STAY AWAY. Booking with them is risky, and you might end up in a situation that spoils your entire trip. I strongly urge Fab Hotels and Booking.com to delist this property to protect future travelers from being misled and defrauded.

The staff is unprofessional and lazy, Specially the receptionist girl. I suffer from day 1 an I stayed there for 2 days. not working geyser and water logging problem are not solved. And they behave like they run oyo hotels. The food inside the hotel is too much costly. Please pay after visiting the room. Otherwise they provide you any uncomfortable, unconditional not working rooms.

I don't have the option to give minus rating, the hotel and the fab hotels groups have really given the worst service, room was dirty , ac wasn't working, service and acknowledgement of problem was pathetic. Pls don't fall for this scam chain . Even the customer care suggested my parents to adjust bcuz for him it was not actually this hot outside. Pathetic experience overall. Pls be wise and don't trust the ratings like I did. I am really furious about the treatment and experience my parents had in #fabhotels rachana palace lucknow.

Rooms are best in that rate it's unbelievable, this hotel has become me one of the favourite stay place. They provide best comfort and services in a valuable and unexpected price.
