Even after mentioning 2 adults and 1 child, they were initially denying to offer breakfast for the child. After showing voucher they allowed for the BF. And for BF they have only paratha and tea to offer and nothing else. Their menu is quite costly. Washroom didn't have hand towel or toilet papers.

Very bad experience. The bathroom didn't have hand towel and dustbin. Room cleaning service not good. Complimentary breakfast only have aloo paratha and tea and no other option. Staff are very rude and arrogant. Don't response. TV was not working. Don't book.

Although the location room checkin experience all was good but I'm providing 3 star just because I was given a room on 2 floor and I am not sure why or how but all the time till midnight there was continuous sounds and noise coming to my room. It felt like some construction is going on just above my room or in the next adjacent building. So it was one serious problem but as I was staying alone and wasn't too tired for sleep this wasn't an issue for which I should create panic or anything. But still for anyone who can't be patient because of continuous noises and want a peaceful room I don't think the second floor room would be a good option. Not sure about the first floor although. When I asked them why there was noise coming to my room all the time, they mentioned it could be because of the kitchen. And I didn't complaint for the same because it was marriage season and i was guessing it would be because of that and all the rooms would have been occupied. Also another thing not such a big thing but they made me checkout by calling multiple times. They specifically said that we have to give the room to someone however when I went to the reception no one was waiting. And I could clearly tell that the hotel had many rooms available. Although it's not against the rules as it was already 11 o'clock as mentioned in the checkout time but there can be few scenarios where we can't exactly vacate at 11. Same reason as sometimes you can't give rooms at the checkin time. If anyone would have been waiting definitely no issue but obviously if the checkout time is 11 i know by 11:15 max I would checkout but within 15 minutes calling again and again not a nice thing if no one is actually waiting. For this reason I had to wait at the reception itself and I could see no one waiting and no one came literally no one, so clearly it was a lie. But yeah still not much of an issue although the room space was fine, washroom okayish, food I didn't order as for any item which I asked it wasn't available so I ordered it online.

Brace yourself for extremely rude behaviour by the staffs .. Extremely overpriced for the services they give . Breakfast is poor in taste as well as optionless . You will be asked for anything extra that u demand even for curd with parathas . Extremely dissatisfied with the stay .

This a fraud hotel. I booked my stay from FabHotels site which i recieved confirmation on mail. Upon my arrival i showed them my booking reference and they unprofessionally denied us admission stating they don't have any booking on this name. It was very unprofessional on their side. Please don't book this hotel for future visits.

TV was not working, after many reminders and waiting for 2 hours problem was resolved. Breakfast was not available till 8 AM. I was there for work purpose and for every service, I was kept on waiting. Iron was not available, dental kit was not available, although it mentioned in service list while booking. This room cosm me almost 4000 rs for one night with pathetic service.

New staff is very rood & froud the ask extra money & cancel booking unsave place Toady I m at hotel The room is available but the staff said that we will have to wait for 3 hour. For cleaning, although the room was clean, everything was there, payment was made in advance, even after that we were cheated.

Worst experience I have ever seen. It's service is very poor. We reached at hotel at 9 pm but check in done by 10.30 Dinner food was average and morning breakfast complimentary was pathetic. Overall worst experience Customer care don't respond at the time of urgency. Don't book
