FabHotel Gazal Residency - Hotel in Mahanagar, Lucknow

Rooms were dirty. We paid for aircon, which was installed but told after payment that it wasn't working. When we asked about it, they pretended that they could not understand us. Power went out 6 times during our one day stay. Definitely would not recommend this hotel as it seemed like a scam from when we checked in.

Location wise, it is good. Service was also okay. But rooms are small. They didn't provide toiletries. TV was not working as their subscription was expired, and they didn't recharge.

The customer service was poor, with an unwelcoming tone. They gave different prices for the same room, which wasn't worth it. The Wi-Fi and TV didn't work, and there was ice blasting from the AC. It's hard to understand why they're charging this much prices for these conditions.

PATHETIC STAFF (WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED), LEAKAGES IN THE ROOM, I DIDN'T GET THE SERVICES I PAID FOR! The check-in experience was the worst. Even after confirming with the hotel staff a day prior, and intimating them of our arrival time, staff named Vijay Gupta did not allow us to check in by saying that he does not have our booking in his system. We provided them with the booking id, email, everything still to no avail. Rude staff wasted our 30-45 mins at midnight. They do not do their job of maintaining expected customers lists and harass customers when the name is not in their list. Staffs behave as if they are doing a favor to the customers. The room condition is also not good. There are leakages in the room. Soap in the Bathroom was missing. I was not provided the breakfast that I paid for. Beware before booking, one of the worst experiences I ever had.

One of the pathetic customer care and hotel reception with FabHotel. The person at the reception after arguing for one hour asked me to leave by without providing a room in a high tone and kept arguing over the payment.
