FabExpress Global Inn New - Hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

We booked this hotel in a rush through booking.com. I was looking for a hotel in the Gomti Nagar area which had a user rating of 8+ in a reasonable price range around Rs 8000. Booking.com website provided this hotel meeting the criteria. Photos looked good and not being very familiar with Lucknow and the price range, I booked this hotel for a price which was well below the price range. I have booked Fab hotel in Allahabad in the lower price range and they were OK. However, Global Inn was a a total disappointment from the point of view of its location, cleanliness of its bathroom, sheets and towel. The bathroom had mould growing in the tiles. The only saving grace was the staff but what can they do when the infrastructure lacks the resources. |Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to any person and question those who have given this hotel a rating of 8+ on booking.com.

A so-so hotel with okay rooms. Not the most impressive, but decent enough for a quick stopover. If you're looking for a place just to rest for a night during travel, it's a reasonable option. Don't expect anything fancy, but it gets the job done.

The worst service experience ever had in entire Lucknow. They argued for providing cutlery in the room. They didn't provided plates even if I was ready to pay for that. Would never recommend anybody staying in this pathetic Hotel

Very good experience. Early check-in at extra cost is company policy. Clean rooms and property. Parking at site available. Food is good in quantity and quality.

Checked inn with my family hotel suitated centre of city and near by railway station easily accessible by transport or metro station hussainganj ample shade parking rooms size also good , kitchen in house the taste of food is delicious over all good hotel recommended to family traveller.

No manners to handle the guest, just for a temporary stay is fine otherwise nothing is good here except the location from where you can easily take any transport mode to travel for any place.

Good place to stay, very near to Kamta Bus Station. Affordable and clean

Hotel is okay type. My expectation was very low but it was ok type. Staffs were good. Room was clean but was smelling very bad. You can find bugs and cockroaches everywhere, even on bed.
