It is a nice hotel to stay in, it has its own restaurant and the taste of food is amazing. Room service can improve a bit. There was a problem with our room, but after consulting it they handled it pretty well. Overall the experience was good . 3 star is just because of that problem, but that was just unfortunate and is rare to happen.

One of the best experience I had... We stayed there for 5 nights 6days... Every day they altered bedsheet, pillow sheets... Room was very clean... Room service is also very very good... Also the food was very cheap in price but great in taste

This was my first time staying at this hotel, chosen purely based on reviews and images. The booking process through MMT was seamless--kudos to them! With a novice jitter, I navigated my way from Charbagh Metro Station (Lucknow JN Railway Station--less than 1 km away) to the hotel. The approach road appeared shabby at first, but it carried an old-city charm. The check-in experience was welcoming, though the receptionist's behavior was slightly below expectations. However, stepping into the room completely changed my perspective--the infrastructure was truly impressive. In the end, my stay was comfortable, relaxing, and refreshing--a great experience overall! Definitely recommend!

The hotel room is neat and clean, and the staff is very well-behaved and responsive. It's conveniently located near Charbagh Railway Station, with transport available at all times. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay.

The hotel is located very close to Charbagh metro and railway station. The suite and executive rooms are spacious and clean. The quality and taste of food served was good. One suggestion for the hotel management, please install a glass door in the shower area to avoid water splashing all over the bathroom floor.

The service staff are really kind and helpful. Since the hotel is near the railway station and the bus stand it is very convenient. Keep up the good job.

"I repeatedly requested the manager to provide drinking water, but despite multiple requests, he has not arranged for it." Most of the time hotels provide 1-2 bottle drinking water complementary. But they didn't. We booked 2 room. And faced same issue with both room.
