Deep Avadh

This is one of the worst hotel in Lucknow, I visited this with my family and found most of the rooms lock are not working properly, stinking smell, very small rooms without proper ventilation. The washrooms are so dirty that no one can even use once to them. please do not use this hotel as it is my worst experience. if possible i must give them zero ...

It's an old style hotel right near the market area and very close to railway station. Rooms are big and nice however washroom had the old fitting , water leakage through tap was the only issue we faced.

I stayed there last night i.e 17/11/2024. The hotel is located near Charbagh Railway Station in Naka Hindola area. The hotel is beautifully constructed from inside and outside as well. The rooms were clean and maintained. My total experience is very nice. Must Visit

JW Marriott is a superb hotel with excellent customer service. Every staff greets guests with a "Namaste" and a genuine smile. This gesture goes a long way & gives a lasting impression on the "culture" of this hotel. Kudos to the management in this aspect. ||Room service is also wonderful. Surjendra has done very well in tidying up the rooms and going the extra mile of arranging our stuff in a neat and tidy manner. He also asks if we need anything and takes initiative in ensuring that the smallest requests are fulfilled instantly. It's things like these that JW Marriott excels in customer service. ||At the reception area, Ms Kajol is also very exceptional. She also goes the extra mile and gives a personal touch in ensuring the guests are comfortable and necessities are met. She also gives a homely feel and guests are comfortable around her. Actually the receptionist are all wonderful here in JW Marriott. ||At the lounge area on the 14th floor, Mr Shlok and his wonderful team are on their toes in satisfying all the guests and make us feel like home. Wonderful job Shlok!||At the restaurant area, all the staff there are very friendly, smiling and give you a warm feeling that all your needs are met. Even if you give them a glance, they will come and check if everything is ok and if you need anything. Simply wonderful service. ||I recommend that if you come to Bengaluru, do stay here in JW Marriott (Vittal Mallya). I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

The hotel deep avadh is very good, cheap, affordable, rooms are also good, good service and location is very very prime nearby charbagh metro, lucknow Railway Junction and NER also ..... overall cheap, affordable, best so as far my experience concern

Don't ever visit this hotel. This hotel is in the hand of goons. Owner don't care how visitors are treated in this hotel. Their manager in the day shift is rude , ill mannered with no professionalism. If you are with get ready to be insulted by him. I am Indian and visited many hotels but this one is the most pathetic one that I have visited. Service - always late and don't care what you order they will always bring we Int order. They will disconnect the call in mid of conversation . No facility - if you are busing with child they can't give you an extra jug of water only at night . Forget about electric kettle , they don't have that. Cleanliness - bed stinks and linens have stains

Nice budget hotel. Its near railway station, little bit difficult to find location but thanks to google maps. Rooms and furniture is old and needs renovation but yes they are spacious. They have a bar in the hotel and gives room service for the same. Food is good and Service is fast. Rooms are neet and clean but needs a makeover. Staff is good and helping. Overall good hotel for an overnight stay and in budget.
