As I booked this hotel through Corporate booking for an official visit in Lucknow. The location of the property is in a prime location but you will not get anything prime here..... As the Property maintenance is very low as per budget I have paid more than 14K for 2 days booking....The staff was not welcoming even though you called them for any assistance they will not revert you or listen at all. The food was good I would say but not recommended to others to stay there. I can also go for a good option in that much of a budget.

Decent Stay, but Needs Better Maintenance This is an old hotel located in a convenient spot, right opposite a shopping mall. While it might have been a great place in the past, it's clear that maintenance has not been a priority in recent times. The highlight of the stay was definitely the restaurant--the food was excellent and worth mentioning. However, the experience was let down by uncooperative reception staff and rooms that were below expectations in terms of quality and comfort. Overall, the experience was just decent. I've given it 2 stars primarily because of the restaurant. Please Note:- As I always say, I give my reviews honestly, according to my personal experience and I'm not influenced by any means. Others might have a different experience. How I rate:- 2 stars for the service 2 stars for quality 1 star for parking

Very clean and comfortable. We had some issue with our booking but Kishan at the front desk helped us clear it and made our check in smooth. Staff in general were very hospitable as well. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Stayed here in 2nd week of Dec 2024. The hotel desperately needs maintenance and is shabby and run down everywhere you look. The rooms range from "very bad" to "bad" based on the 2 rooms we were shown. They charged us 4500/night which is definitely not worth it. Would be OK for <2000/night otherwise Lucknow has many other good hotels on offer. The location is good though and service is courteous.

Hotelbseems to be vibrant once upon a time but now it has degraded. Toilets are not clean, furniture are somewhat broken, wall paper peeling, cleaness was not evident, TV was not connected with setop box. Food in breakfast was OK. Parking is a challenge. Hotel management should think, plan and refurbish whole hotel to bring back to its original glory. The location is prime.

TL/DR: Avoid this hotel. There are plenty of hotels in lucknow. Only book if they are offering it for 1.5K/night. Not a rupee more than that. My experience of Hotel d'Corbiz was not at all hotel-like. It felt as if I am staying somewhere near a railway station because the rooms make you feel exactly like that. They have a stinky, unhygienic sort of vibe that you get from party & checkout type hotels. The reception of the hotel is intentionally kept tidy and maintained for first impressions but as soon as you take the lift to the room lobby, reality will start to sink in that why did I book this place? Can I get a refund? Maybe not all rooms are like this and the person at the reception has tried to scam you. Mind you, the pictures of the hotel on booking platforms (mmt, Goibibo, etc.) are real. But they are from the times when the hotel was built. Everything looks spotless. However, today everything is falling apart. The carpets are stinking. The rooms don't have beds. Just two mattresses kept on top of each other for a makeshift bed. Water shortage. You might find yourself calling the reception to turn on the water pump (It happened). The ceilings in almost all the bathrooms is partially falling down (attached images). When turning on the shower, you'll question yourself: will the roof fall down on me if I do it? Look elsewhere for accomodation. This is not the place to be in for the prices they charge. Either the owners have too much money that they have forgotten they have a hotel. Or they are bankrupt.
