Comfort Inn

We visited Lucknow for some important personal work and stayed at Comfort Inn for 3 nights. My wife had previously stayed in this hotel when she was in Lucknow for official duty and recommended we stay here. Our stay at the hotel was decent although there were few blips like hot water not coming, drainage in the shower area not working, towels and toiletries not stocked properly etc, however all of this was sorted with one call. The location of the hotel is good and there is a decent menu option which the hotel provides. Breakfast was impressive with a decent spread and the taste was also very good. Overall our stay was good and I will stay in this hotel again if and when I visit Lucknow.

There was an my event of engagement at Comfort In at Gomtinagar Lucknow. 1-I have booked 12 rooms at hotel and one hall for function. 2-Reception Manager was asking us that he will not allow any guest without proper I'd proof. We told us we have booked 12 room so you can take my I'd proof Pl don't insult my guest . After long discussion manager agreed. 2- There was lunch in function so it is understood that guest will start to come at 12 so hall should be ready at 11 AM with proper AC etc. but manager has started AC at 2 PM all the guest has arrived at 12 PM and he has closed AC at 9 PM however we are at hall. 3-No sense of humour of guest . Staff are so careless . They were even not served the starter after Muriel's reminder to manager and waiters. 4-Dinner and lunch manager was very cunning they have instructed to waiter to not serve anything. Tell to guest come and take starter. 5Nushell don't even think to do any function at This hotel. This worst Management ever seen in my life

Room were clean and well maintained. Staff were very humble, food was damn tasty. During the odd time we had lunch, management was kind enough for us to open restaurant and had very delicious chill garlic mushroom fried rice . We had hearty and tasty breakfast soo good It is located in prime location, so many eateries. Beside is the Madhurima hotel for veg lover's. I highly recommend this hotel guys.

I had an excellent, pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The hospitality was immaculate. I left my denim jacket and after checking out i realized that, i immediately called up the hotel. They were kind enough to acknowledge it and couriered the same at their own cost. Food was also excellent including the room service.

Me and my team enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn Lucknow, wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we'll definitely book Comfort Inn every time we're in Lucknow. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER My whole function was ruined because of their inadequate service. Very poor decoration, don't even get me started about their service, they were not even listening to us. One of the manager even said and i quote " unhe bolne do jo bol rahe hai tum mat suno"to their staff. They took money in advance and they didn't even serve the whole menu, their cooling service was broken and they had 2 staff including manager and waiter for 200 people. All our guest suffered because of their ignorance. DON'T CELEBRATE ANY KIND OF OCCASION IN COMFORT INN LCK.

Comfortable stay, cooperative staff, food quality is good, neat and clean place, location wise it's bang on, near to airport and railway station. Overall experience is amazing. Recommended one and trusted. Happy to rate them well in terms of service.

Good property with neat and clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread are good. Budget priority without swimming pool, spa etc, but gym is available. Overall good place to stay at Lucknow and worth for the money.
