The location is very good and easily accessible. You will find a rickshaw and cab round the clock for the airport and railway station. The behaviour of the receptionist is normal. The room is not that spacious and cleanliness is also not up to the mark. Dirty stained bedsheets stinky walls and poorly maintained washrooms are very common at this property. Water flows in the washroom are very low. No dental kits are provided only small medimix soap is given that too when you ask for it. This place has their own kitchen which has a slightly overpriced menu. No AC remote is provided and even in some room regulators of fans are damaged and you may not be able to control the fan speed.

Oyo's helpline was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Avoid this hotel for billing and service concerns.

During my recent stay at a this hotel, I was disappointed by several things. First, I was charged extra fees that I wasn't aware of beforehand. Second, I wasn't provided with a bill upon check-out. Finally, a staff member took my phone without permission and tried to write a positive review themselves. This experience was unprofessional and frustrating.
