Capital O Hotel Vaishnavi Inn Near Badshahnagar Metro Station

I booked this hotel from Oyo since I had an exam but when I reached the hotel the receptionist said that rooms are full. (This was due to sudden rise in the demand for the hotels due to the exam now hotels can charge whatever they want. ) But this is very unethical business practice just imagine you come via a train or a bus from your hometown to give an exam and you reach the hotel at night and they deny to give you your pre booked room.Thank God I am a boy . Just think this happens to the girls also .

The Hotel Vaishnavi Inn is a lower than standard average Hotel. Though the price is around 1000 INR, but room wasn't upto the mark. There were mosquitoes all over the room. The furnishing of the room was pathetic, the bed sheet was full of stains marks and dirt all around. Overall below average stay.

Food and it's quantity was good but rest everything is is really bad untidy towels beds bad odour washroom ac was not working reception staff was not coordinating small rooms and chargers which they were charging was too expensive I mean ur charges are too expensive as per ur amenities it's really really bad never visit to this place and I will never recommend this palce to anyone

They not allowing outside food and rooms are too dirty,small according to rooms the rates are very high

Very bad experience. First they said they are not taking bookings through OYO. Then i asked for the charges from their side. Although it was less than the OYO. After payment when i went to the room, the observation was horrible, no cleanliness of room as well as the washroom. AC not working and the smell inside the hotel was not good. Even i tried four different rooms. All the rooms disappointed me. I had taken refund at the same time and left the hotel. It is not worth to choose the accomodation. It is mandatory to put star in the review so i am adding one star otherwise the property does not deserve the star.

It's my bad experience since I hv start using oyo services. I can't believe how can oyo give their standards like this. OYO has maintained their standards. But this hotel was not according to that. 1. No wifi. Through it showed password on reception and when I asked him abt password he said wifi is not working as it is broken down. 2. No cleanliness. 3. It's located in residential area so nearby people are not cooperating . We drive there by car & in morning all cars were having flat tyres. As they don't have parking facility also . 4. No breakfast serving as it was mentioned while booking. 5. All bedsheet and pillow cover were having foul smell . I couldn't get sleep all night. 6. Tea in morning was full of burnt milk smell. I could not drink it. Many more reason. Pls don't go in this . I totally don't recommend it staying there. OYO should look for their standards while giving any hotels . As we are only to believe what it says. Oyo should cancel their contracts with them.

Would not recommend this to anyone. Had a pathetic experience. I had booked a room a day before my visit. The day I reached the hotel, I got to know that they have cancelled my booking (which was already paid) without even informing me saying that when the owners visit, we cancel all rooms and book it for them. What nonsense. The manager and the people at the reception were extremely rude when I was asking them to compensate. At last moment, I had to book another hotel which was in a bad condition itself but had to adjust somehow because of last moment booking. Oyo should sort and review what all third class hotels they have tied up with and should make possible actions against such properties. OYO NEED TO IMPROVE AND GIVE TRAINING TO THEIR HOTEL TO HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER. Rating 0/10
