The hotel was very bad in all aspects. When you reach at hotel the reception boy will help you a lot and tell you to please good review ,when you write reviews after that they will not help you in any aspects .there are so many problems in the hotel 1 room was very much dirty 2 cigarate are just lying on the bed 3 dustbin is not cleaned 4 pillow cover and pillow was very much dirty. 5 bed sheets are also dirty 6 soaps are not provided 7 air conditioning unit water outlet on the gate 8 the reception boy are not trained in any type of HOSPITALITY. WHEN I TOLD THIS PROBLEM TO THE RECEPTION PERSON THEY JUST SAY SORRY SIR AND GIVING EXCUSE LIKE LAUNDARY SERVICE WAS NOT TODAY AND THE BOY WHO WAS DETAILED FOR ROOM CLEANING ARE NOT DONE ROOM CLEANING PROPERLY. AS PER MY THINKING I WILL GIVE -5 (MINUS 5) MARKS. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

The place is full of illigal activities I m sure they place cameras in every room I saw so many illigal things in the hotel stuff or massage center I don't recommend anyone who looking for safety or privacy.

If u book online through oyo They will charge 500 extra Worst staff and unclean rooms Please do not book if u dont want to face a series of problems

The worst hotel in Lucknow never visit it we had confirmed rooms there but they had charged us 550 more to pay to do check in the room i had booked is from Agoda but right now they are denying.if you don't have rooms either visit to station or other hotel never visit it.The manager is the worst and the owner.

Pathetic is the word , please find some other place not at all worth staying . I deeply regret my decision. WORST Hotel Ever
