Best Western Sagar Sona

I booked two rooms for 1 night and rooms are decent size and with all basic facilities. Centrally air conditioned + reasonable laundry facility. Quality of towels was not good- cleaned but looks like old and used many times. Breakfast option was not good - they don't provide fresh coffee like cappuccino or latte from machine. South Indian options were not available because they don't have cook for that. Fresh fruits were really good. Staff is very helpful and accommodative- accepted my request for early check in.

Pathetic is the only word for staff working in this hotel,they are very rude,very indisciplined,they cretaed mess for me finding me alone staying there,highly non recommended hotel.for staff behaviour,very very bad very very poor staff experiance From top most to ground staff all are so bad cant think.of taking name if thos hotel in my lifetime..Pathetic

Visited for official purposes. Found it very good for all kinds of trips. Very welcoming staff, nice food, spacious and beautiful hotel. Its location is also best for small evening outings. Close to the fun mall and gomti river front.

One extra star for the very clean rooms and the service. Excellent location, polite and helpful staff and nice buffet for breakfast. All the hotels in India should be like this one! One of the best

The hotel was located in a very prime and premier area having the Ambedkar Park, and River Front at walkable distance. It's just a few meters away from the main road making it accessible but also a little quiet at the same time. The best part was the restaurant which was very chic with very good lighting and decor. The service was also very good.

Hotel Sagar Sona may have a good name, but unfortunately, the services do not live up to it. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the staff, particularly Ajay Singh Bhadouria, whose behavior was utterly unacceptable. He displayed a shocking lack of basic decency and hospitality, and even went as far as shouting at us during check-in. It's unbelievable that a hotel claiming to be 3-star employs someone so unprofessional and rude. The experience felt far from what you would expect from any reputable hotel, let alone one with such a designation. Sadly, the poor service overshadowed everything else, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I cant believe they employed such sadakchaap people who dare to shout at their guest that too a lady.
