I recently attended an event at this banquet resort, and I was highly disappointed. The venue looked promising online, but the reality was far from it. First, the service was subpar. The staff seemed unorganized and uninterested in providing good hospitality. It took forever to get basic requests fulfilled, and some of them were downright rude

lovely place to stay as comparison to other one near this place & all around Lucknow, affordable best price along with family & friends wonderful wedding function held and i personally attend it .. stunning work ..good job staff of this property thank you all jashn team & food luck for future

It was fantastic. Resort is pretty much spacious and luxurious. Rooms are fantastic and seems comfortable to live in. I have attended a wedding here and it was awesome.

There are many words for the hotel are pathetic, useless, mismanaged, disgusting, bad hospitality. Their service was not upto the mark no one listens, Neither they weren't able to provide the food on time nor they were able to serve food to your guests. Another add on to it was their waiter spilled three glass of hot milk on me due to which my hand was burnt badly. So overall my experience was worst at their hotel.

Pathetic to be honest , a constant hassle to get rooms or trying to get room for confirm dates. Seriously hospitality is tossed out of window , why bother trying showing rooms on online platforms. Front desk is threatening and out of practice. Seriously a perfect OYO ROOMS only. Just use for OYO purposes .
