Absolute disgusting experience. Our guests had to wait till 8.45pm to get starters. And main course was started at 10.30pm. Most local guests had gone without any food, and those who arrived by evening had nothing to eat, not even one items. I had seen servers eating from same plate while going to serve guests. 4 heater were available or installed, while 2 served on stage and 2 were for guests. So it served at maximum 20-30 guests while others were shivering in cold and without food. Guests coming to attend function had to go back home without food, few had to cook after reaching home and few ate at hotels nearby home etc. Place itself is so far from city you wont find taxi cab bus after evening. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here.

Extremely disappointed with the service. None of the commitments made before booking were honored. After taking full payment in advance, they became unresponsive. They even invited outsiders like dhol players and kinnars to extort money. The waiters demanded tips from guests just for serving starters. Despite having over 50 unused plates from the fixed count, they still ran out of food. This is a complete fraud! The service was pathetic, with thefts on the premises and even an attempted break-in by damaging car glass. The manager is unprofessional and lacks basic business knowledge. The decorator failed to follow the agreed-upon layout, and promised room heaters and security bouncers were missing. This place is run by scammers and is absolutely unsafe. Avoid them and their recommended vendors at all costs--they're partners in creating chaos. Don't fall for their fraudulent schemes!

Experience with Velvet Orbit Resort was awesome. They hosted really well and with grace. Satisfactorily service. The venue is beautiful. The owner was incredibly welcoming and ensured everything ran smoothly. The staff were equally wonderful--attentive, cooperative, and always ready to help. This resort is inconveniently located outside the city, with no available cabs, making access difficult. While the rooms are good and classy, the lawn is poorly designed and the grass isn't well-maintained. The rooms are extremely costly, and the overall maintenance, including the paint and parking area, is subpar.

This might be perfect venue for your next party/function. Undoubtedly the resort offers a wide parking space( that is noticeable). The venue ground is big enough to manage 2/3 stage platforms and can handle enough number of crowd.
