Very very happy and statisfied by all means. Stayed for 5 days enjoyed a lot. Staff is very poliet and supportive. Atmosphere is realy very positive. Specialy food is very tasty. 100 persent safe for femals. Must stay Thank you anand residency

A decent hotel where I happened to stay for 4 nights spread over 2 months. The hotel is right on Jhansi Road at Elite Churaha and located on the first floor above Bajaj showroom. The access to it is by a small lift and if you happen to reach there by stairs, you will feel lost. The front office is very basic and even the rooms are very basic but it served the purpose. The food is quite tasty and was tempted every time to order their 'Thali'.

The only hotel in Lalitpur that is worth staying in. Ask for new rooms. They are incredible. Staff is humble and will make you feel at home. Brijesh is a fantastic cook. You will definitely enjoy your stay there.

Got hold of the hotel details via trip advisor. Called and booked rooms over phone. It was informed that the room was 2-3 km from hotel (5mins). But it was located 10-15mins away. Anyways coming to hotel, the property is located on the first floor. Check-in was quick. Rooms where very spacious and neat. Since it was in winter they had provided with room heaters. Food wise the quality/taste was good. Good hotel for budget bookings.

It's not a hotel. It looks like a lodge. TV available but no recharge. Geyser available but nonfunctional. So many mosquitoes in the room. Rooms are not airy, small and compact structure. Small window which opens in the hotels corridor. Linens are dirty. Worst experience

An old hotel with good services. They have Lift, Parking, kitchen, wheelchair friendly rooms, and most of all Power backup in the case of electricity failure. It's good for short as well as long stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a night on our way to Agra . The staff was very helpful . They did their best to make our stay comfortable. Manager Pradeep Rai is very professional and helpful . The girl at the reception is also very helpful. The hotel may look just ok from outside . But interior is quite good . Room service was very good

Reasonably good hotel located on the upper floor of an auto dealership. Big room,split AC , flat screen TV with digital connection, complimentary fast wifi,pure veg food,clean linen and towel, prompt and polite service. Poor sleep quality due to noise from reception and roadside, hot water only for few hours in the morning. Room no. 104 is the best in the hotel
