Shubh Heaven Resort

One of a kind resort in a small town Lalitpur. Need to improve on accounting and housekeeping facilities. A bit costly on the basis of services provided. Restaurant is understaffed and it take a hell bent of time for order to get delivered to your table.

Okay okayish resort for marriage .it really depends on how much you want to spend on customized wedding venue.

We had a family marrige of approx.280-300 people for lunch and dinner for a whole day stay The room service was average (would rather say bad). We've (10 room) had to wait for evening room cleaning for around 30 minutes during family get together Need to be improve room service. Besides, the ambience and hall decoration is exceptionally good.And manager has to be good command over their staff for customer need and respect We've had a great time overall in this town where such good resorts are in need

The property is good and the interior looks great but not maintained properly. The Housekeeping staff needs to be re-looked.. When checked in, the room was not ready and toiletries not placed. The dustbins with cover and fully rusted.. The bathroom water marks. The dust on furniture.. The restaurant staff does not follow taking orders in KOT and end up forgetting the orders and service something which is not ordered. Super slow service team.. Overall the property is good.. Bold colours and interesting design and lighting.

Overall experience is good except catering

Today we have arranged a get-together party along with our family & friends in Shubh Heaven Resort. A nice experience there. . Food quality was awesome. The manager's behaviour was very good as well as having a smiling face all the time. Total professional team in the resort.

I have been here to attend my cousins wedding. The resort is really big and they have enough rooms to occupy all the guest. There are 2 halls (1 big 1 small) and 2 open grounds 1 is half size of the resort and the other one is half of it. The front of the resort have a open garden for clicking couple photos/wedding shoot etc. The service was good and people were really helpful and understanding.
